The Cycle 8/2

The Staff

Lynn – Is there was ever a perfect storm for Lynn it would be tonight. He’s racked up 37 k’s in his last 4 starts and has one at least 6 innings in all but 3 games this year. He’s pitching at home against an anemic offense, love this spot.

May – Rookie pitchers in debuts don’t always go well, especially with Dave Roberts managing. But, the kid does have good stuff and at home against a Padres team that lacks hitting in the back end of their lineup. Hoping he goes 5 inning and should pick up the win. He’s just too cheap on FanDuel.

Vargas – Chicago is without their hottest hitter in Moncada, while Vargas has been pitching very well over the last 2 months. Philly needs to make a run for the East and I think this is the series we see them rip off 15 win in 20 games.

The Bats

Minnesota – Kepler has 2 homer upside tonight, but the righties have been heating up. Sano and Buxton both been been hitting the ball hard.

Atlanta – Duvall is a possessed man, and we’ve always used him during his time in CINCY against lefties (Revenge). Donaldson and Acuna are a very nice pairing with Double dong Adam.

Houston – Anytime against a lefty I want the top 4 in this lineup. Altuve is crushing lefties, and Springer is hot.

Toronto – Youth movement in full force. Bichette has come out of the gate tearing the cover off the ball, and don’t look now but Vlad has 4 homers in his last 5 games.
