QB Mitchell Trubisky, Chicago Bears
Trubisky struggled the first three games of the season and then lit up the Buccaneers in Week 4 with 354 yards, six touchdowns and 53 rushing yards. Everyone shreds the Buccaneers and the Bears had a bye in Week 5, so many people didn’t add him. Trubisky had another big game in Week 6, throwing for 316 yards, three touchdowns, one interception and rushed for 47 yards. He had a touchdown called back on a penalty, too. Four teams are on a bye in Week 7, and the Bears host the Patriots.
RB Marlon Mack, Indianapolis Colts
It has been a frustrating season for Mack. He had a hamstring injury in the preseason and sat in Week 1. He played in Week 2, rushing for 34 yards on ten carries and caught a two-yard pass, but the hamstring acted up, and he sat for three games. Mack returned in Week 6 and was the clear preference in the backfield, even with a pass going off his hands resulting in an interception. Mack had 12 carries for 89 yards and caught one of his two targets for four yards. Nyheim Hines saw a reduced workload with three carries and only three targets. Robert Turbin had four carries and a target and got hurt.

RB Ito Smith, Atlanta Falcons
Smith has low ownership outside of the high-stakes market. Devonta Freeman missed Week 6 and any time he’s out, Smith can be considered to start in deeper starting lineups or competitive leagues. Smith had more carries than Tevin Coleman, getting 11 to ten for Coleman. While Smith only gained 22 yards, he got another carry in the red zone leading to a touchdown. Each back received two targets. In three of the four games Freeman has missed, Smith has reached double-digit touches.
WR Jermaine Kearse, New York Jets
Quincy Enunwa suffered an ankle injury on Sunday and was in a walking boot after the game. He will get tests on the ankle, and if it’s a high-ankle sprain, he will miss time. Kearse will benefit if Enunwa is out. Sam Darnold is improving, and Kearse started to see time in the slot in Week 5. Kearse received ten targets against the Colts, catching nine passes for 94 yards.
WR Albert Wilson, Miami Dolphins
It has been difficult to count on any Dolphins receivers since they spread the ball around and play at one of the slowest paces in the NFL. Wilson has talent and is one of the best after the catch, and it was on display in Week 6. Wilson scored on a 75-yard pass and a 43-yard pass from Brock Osweiler, who started for Ryan Tannehill due to a shoulder injury. His status is unknown for Week 7. Wilson caught six passes for 155 yards and two scores. Wilson has 21 targets over the last three games and has scored four times in six games. He can be considered with the bye weeks ahead.
WR Chester Rogers, Indianapolis Colts
It didn’t come until late in the game, but Rogers salvaged his day with a touchdown with less than two minutes left in the game. Rogers led the team in targets with ten, catching four passes for 55 yards. Rogers has 31 targets over the last three games and has at least 14 points in PPR formats in three straight games. T.Y. Hilton’s absence has helped, and there’s no indication when he will return since he’s dealing with a hamstring injury.
TE C.J. Uzomah, Cincinnati Bengals
Tyler Kroft has a foot injury, and Uzomah is going to see most of the snaps at tight end. Uzomah had seven targets in Week 6 against the Steelers and caught six passes for 54 yards. Uzomah can be considered in the right matchups. The Steelers were one of the most favorable, and he reached double-digits in PPR formats.
