There are a lot of sharp players in the Fantasy Football World Championship (FFWC). There isn’t a lot of value and the ADPs of Cooper Kupp (44) and Mike Williams (75) paint that picture. In your home league, those players likely go 2-3 rounds later. Here are a few players going outside the Top 150 that are values.
James Washington, Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers have a knack for discovering wide receivers. Washington is the next one and has an ADP of 151. The 60th overall pick in the 2018 draft needs to work on his route running, but he has made contested catches all training camp. The Steelers are going to run more no-huddle and investing in the Steelers offense is ideal. Washington is slated to be the No. 3 receiver and would become more Fantasy relevant if an injury occurs in front of him.
Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos
Sutton has had a positive camp and should be on the field in a lot of three-wide sets with Emmanuel Sanders in the slot. Sutton has developed quickly. Sutton has an ADP of 165 and while Sanders and Demaryius Thomas should get most of the targets, the Broncos don’t have a tight end commanding a lot of targets. Sutton is 6-foot-3 and 218 pounds and could become a major red zone force. Other rookies have a better path to targets to open the season, but taking talent this late is worth the upside.
Geronimo Allison, Green Bay Packers
Getting a receiver in an Aaron Rodgers offense is desirable. Davante Adams is a second-round pick and Jimmy Graham and Randall Cobb go in the first eight rounds. Allison is going at 167. He looks to be the third receiver with several rookies not ready to step in yet. Cobb will work in the slot and has durability issues. There’s not much to take away from last season since Rodgers missed most of it and Brett Hundley wasn’t good. Allison averaged 8.1 yards per catch with Hundley and 12.8 with Rodgers.
Kenneth Dixon, Baltimore Ravens
It was looking bleak for Dixon a few weeks ago. He has been plagued by injuries, missing all of 2917 with a torn meniscus and a suspension. He has an ADP of 189. Dixon played his first NFL game in 19 months last Monday and showed no rust. He had six carries for 36 yards and had three catches for 24 yards. It was a good sign considering Dixon is still rounding into shape. Dixon looked good as a rookie and could push for a role in the passing game. Alex Collins and Javorius Allen are ahead of him, but Dixon is worth a stash this late.
Spencer Ware, Kansas City Chiefs
Ware tore his PCL and LCL late in the 2017 preseason. He has an ADP of 222 and will have value if Kareem Hunt goes down. Ware was solid in 2016 with more than 1,300 total yards and running backs in the Andy Reid offense tend to have success.
