Week 7 Injury Report

Jayden Daniels (QB – WAS)
Taken out during the third quarter of Week 7 with a hamstring injury and did not return. No official update, but expect the quarterback to be sidelined at least one week. Marcus Mariota will be under center during his absence.

Bryce Young (QB – CAR)
Suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 7 win against New York Jets. Will miss Week 8 game and there is a chance he misses more time. Andy Dalton will take over at quarterback during Young’s absence.

Lamar Jackson (QB – BAL)
Missed two consecutive games before the Week 7 bye. Jackson is expected to return to the field during Week 8 versus the Bears.

Bucky Irving (RB – TB)
Out for Monday night’s game versus the Lions with a foot and shoulder injury. Looks like the running back could miss more time. Rachaad White will remain the lead back during Irving’s absence.

Kendre Miller (RB – NO)
During the first half of Sunday’s contest against Chicago, Miller left with a knee injury and was later ruled out. Imaging performed shortly after confirmed the worst — a torn ACL. He will miss the remainder of the 2025 season.

Josh Jacobs (RB – GB)
Played through an illness and calf injury in Week 7. Jacobs had a productive game with two touchdowns, but continue to monitor his status if you have him in fantasy. Not expected to miss any time.

Garrett Wilson (WR – NYJ)
Missed Week 7 with a knee injury. The Jets have still not won a game this season and most likely will not rush Wilson back to the field. Expect him to miss more time.

Brian Thomas Jr. (WR – JAX)
Left Week 7 early with a shoulder injury. If he is forced to miss any time, Travis Hunter will step up as the WR1 in the offense.

Brock Bowers (TE – LV)
Missed Week 7 as he continues to battle knee injury. The Raiders have a Week 8 bye, and the tight end is expected to return in Week 9.

Darren Waller (TE – MIA)
Taken out of Week 7 game early with a pectoral injury. He is considered week-to-week and will most likely miss time.

Mike Evans (WR – TB)
Suffered a broken clavicle and is going to miss most of the remainder of the 2025 season, head coach Todd Bowles announced Monday night.

Nico Collins (WR – HOU)
Collins was ruled out of the game vs. the Seahawks with a concussion, so expect normal concussion protocols.

Week 8 Waiver Wire Radar

1. Joe Flacco (QB- CIN)
Posted 342 passing yards and 3 touchdowns in Week 7. Flacco has the offensive stars to continue this fantasy production. Has a favorable matchup versus New York Jets in Week 8.

2. Marcus Mariota (QB – WAS)
Jayden Daniels is expected to miss time with his hamstring injury. Mariota posted 36 fantasy points during his two starts in Week 3 and 4. He is a viable option at quarterback during Daniel’s absence.

3. Tyjae Spears (RB – TEN)
Spears was involved in the receiving game in Week 7. As the Titans continue to play themselves into passing game scripts, Spears could find himself on the field more than starter Tony Pollard.

4. Chimere Dike (WR – TEN)
Dike had 4 catches for 70 yards and a touchdown in Week 7. He led the way in the receiving game during Calvin Ridley’s absence.

5. Kayshon Boutte (WR – NE) 32% rostered
Boutte had another solid game with 55 receiving yards and a touchdown. He continues to be a big-play threat for the Patriots. Has fantasy upside for wide receiver depth.

6. Josh Downs (WR – IND)
Keep an eye out if Downs was dropped to the waiver wire after missing Week 7 with a concussion. He should return next week for the Colts and continue to play an impact role in the offense.

7. Noah Fant (TE – CIN)
Had 4 catches for 44 yards and a touchdown in Week 7. Tight end Mike Gesicki is expected to miss more time with a pectoral injury, and Fant should continue to see an increased volume during his absence.

8. Tez Johnson (WR – TB)
Still only 18% owned. Look for Johnson to remain a mainstay in the offense moving forward.

9. Brashard Smith (RB – KC)
Smith, a receiver turned running back, should remain a significant part of this passing game.

10. Oronde Gadsden (TE – LAC)
Still just 2% rostered, absurdly dominant on Sunday, 7 for 164 and a TD. He’s seen at least 7 targets in two others contests.

11. Devin Neal (RB – NO)
Neal, a rookie, will now serve as Kamara’s lead backup. Kamara is a step slower this season so Neal is an intriguing stash on a bad team.
