Week 1 Injury Report and Waiver Radar

Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season kicked off with excitement but brought a wave of injuries. FullTime Fantasy delivers the latest injury updates and waiver wire targets for Week 2 fantasy football success.

Week 1 Injury Report

Drake London (WR – ATL)

Drake London suffered a potential AC-joint injury in the Falcons’ Week 1 loss. His Week 2 status is unclear, boosting Kyle Pitts and Ray Ray McCloud’s value if he’s out.

George Kittle (TE – SF)

Kittle exited with a hamstring injury. Ricky Pearsall and backup TEs Jake Tones and Luke Farrell could see more snaps, making them streaming options.

Jaylen Waddle (WR – MIA)

Waddle returned after discomfort, but his Week 2 status is uncertain. Malik Washington and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine are speculative adds in deeper leagues.

Jauan Jennings (WR – SF)

Jennings aggravated a shoulder injury, raising durability concerns. Ricky Pearsall gains a bigger role, offering fantasy upside.

Xavier Worthy (WR – KC)

Worthy’s dislocated shoulder will sideline him for weeks. Marquise Brown and Juju Smith-Schuster should see more targets.

Chris Olave (WR – NO)

Olave returned after a brief exit; no long-term concern. He should remain a WR1 barring setbacks.

Isaiah Likely (TE – BAL)

Likely missed Week 1 post-surgery but should return soon. Mark Andrews is the TE focus for now.

Brock Bowers (TE – LV)

Bowers had a knee scare but isn’t worried. Monitor him; Michael Mayer steps up if needed.

Evan Engram (TE – DEN)

Engram’s calf injury is concerning. Greg Dulcich and Lucas Krull are options, but expect limited impact.

Waiver Wire Radar

1. Kyle Pitts (TE – ATL) – Elevated targets with London’s injury; a must-add.

2. Ricky Pearsall (WR – SF) – Rising with Jennings and Kittle injuries; grab him now.

3. Marquise Brown (WR – KC) – Will step into WR1 role if Worthy misses multiple weeks.

4. Ray Ray McCloud (WR – ATL) – A sneaky depth piece for Atlanta if London sits.

5. Juju Smith-Schuster (WR – KC) – Benefits from Worthy’s absence in a Mahomes-led attack.

6. Malik Washington (WR – MIA) – Possible Waddle fill-in with athletic upside.

7. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (WR – MIA) – Depth add for deeper leagues if Waddle sits.

8. Greg Dulcich (TE – DEN) – Could see TE1 snaps if Engram misses extended time.

9. Michael Mayer (TE – LV) – Will be involved as TE1 if Bowers misses time.
