We made it through Thanksgiving! The fantasy football postseason is now right around the corner. But before they arrive, the FFWC High-Stakes Recap: Week 12 dives deep into all the FFWC high-stakes action from last week.
Let’s see how things are shaking out after 12 weeks of action.
FFWC World Championship
Hope everyone enjoyed a fantastic Thanksgiving Weekend. Week 12 is now complete and there are just two weeks left in the Fantasy Football World Championship regular season. It was another high-scoring week, as seven players topped 200 points (same as Week 11), and 32 players (up from 27) posted at least 180 points. With the dust settled, four new players entered the Top 20 list and we have a new leader.
One week after being knocked off the top perch, Cocktails & Dreams (9-3) has retaken the overall lead. Chad Schroeder (FFWC #3) racked up 200.85 points, which was the fifth-highest Week 12 WC total. Chad now leads the FFWC X Championship race by 10.15 points.
Climbing one position, ZCRiley FFWC1 (9-3) moved from third to second place overall. After piling up 222.95 points last week, Mark and Amy Palmer enjoyed another solid week as they posted 193.70 points. ZCRiley FFWC1 (FFWC #12) has averaged 196.82 points over the last three weeks.

Slipping three spots, ZCRiley FFWC Kickoff posted 140.10 points and dropped from first to fourth. It wasn’t all bad news for Amy and Mark as they won their H2H matchup and now have an 11-1 record. If they can maintain their 81.05-point lead, plus post a win during one of the two final weeks, Amy and Mark will bank a $10K Dominator prize.
Rounding out the Top 5, Fairways & Greens WC IV (12-0) held on to fifth place overall. Curtis Hirsch posted 160.35 points and remains as the only WC player with a perfect record. Curtis is well on his way to winning a $10K Dominator prize. He has a 168.80-point lead and will finish with the best record in FFWC #15.
Our FFWC X Shout Out of the Week goes to Nugget IV (7-5) in FFWC #28. Justin Herron racked up a WC Week 12 high 239.40 points, and made a huge leap, from 70th to 19th, in the overall standings.

Holding steady, SEPT FOX (10-2) retained fourth overall. Roc Frost posted 177.30 points and went from 45.00 to 30.50 points out of the top spot. Heading into Week 13 action, four teams still have a perfect 12-0 record. There are 22 one-loss squads (down from 32) that have an 11-1 record. Somewhat surprisingly, none of the undefeated teams, and just seven of 11-1 squads, are in the Top 20.
