Week 2 was filled with drama and several players did not emerge unscathed. Although it is too early to panic, the Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Week 3 can help you fortify your roster to overcome the carnage of a wild week. Here are some of the top fantasy-relevant free agents to target ahead of Week 3, with FAAB recommendations. FAAB denotes Free Agent Acquisition Budget Garrett Wilson (WR) New York Jets (12% FAAB) - Still available in about half of ESPN leagues, Wilson is a must-add in every format. With a whopping 14 targets, 8 receptions, 102 yards, and a pair of touchdowns, Wilson broke out in Week  2. Although he has played fewer snaps than Elijah Moore and Corey Davis, Wilson still has 22 targets in his first two NFL games. The rookie is a viable weekly WR3 with weekly WR2 upside. He should be rostered in all leagues and is worth a sizable FAAB bid. Noah Brown (WR) Dallas Cowboys (5% FAAB) - Don't look now, but Noah Brown enters Week 2 as a top-20 PPR receiver. And the loss of Dak Prescott didn't seem to hurt his productivity. Brown has five receptions in each of the Cowboys' first two contests. Last week, with Cooper Rush under center, Brown snagged all five of his targets for 91 yards and a score. The 6-foot-2 225-pound Ohio State product appears to be entrenched as Dallas's No. 2 wideout. Even when Michael Gallup returns, Brown should remain a viable fantasy WR 3/4. Last season, the Cowboys ran '11' personnel on 67% of their snaps. Brown is barely rostered in fantasy leagues but that is about to change.   What other fantasy football free agents should you bid on?
