–I have been as patient with Jets HC Todd Bowles as I can, but he needs to be fired ASAP. For the Jets to come in with no defensive game plan against Matt Barkley is a fire-able offense. Moreover, the offense is anemic and hasn’t produced points in weeks. No Jet has any Fantasy value at this point and it’s not even debatable.
–Finally, Cardinals RB David Johnson played like he played back in 2016. Johnson got 21 carries and seven receptions and dominated the Cardinals offensive game plan. And, even though the team lost, they played a relatively close game against the best team in the AFC. Kudos to OC Byron Leftwich for righting the ship and putting his players in the best position to win.
–The best move the Cleveland Browns made all year was trading RB Carlos Hyde. It opened the starting RB spot for Nick Chubb who is clearly one of the best young runners in the AFC. It just goes to show (once again) that even if a player is buried on the depth chart (like Alvin Kamara was last year), talent wins out in the end.
