Waiver Wire for Week 10
Quarterbacks
Lamar Jackson — Tick tock, tick tock — that sound you hear is the sound of Joe Flacco’s time passing away as the starting QB of the Ravens. As soon as the Ravens are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, watch to see the Ravens begin a massive overhaul of their roster. Jackson will be named the starter, and although he will struggle, he will probably rush for 100 yards per week and give Fantasy owners a beacon of light towards the end of the season.
Nick Mullens — I am not sure that Mullens is as good as he looked against the Raiders, but Kyle Shanahan named him the starter this week against the Giants, and the team seems to have confidence in him. C.J Beathard is not the answer, so if Mullens can play well, he can keep the job for the remainder of the season.
Marcus Mariota — Mariota still makes plenty of mistakes (like missing a wide-open Corey Davis in the end zone on Monday night), but every so often he is capable of having a huge game where he throws for two TDs and runs for another.
Josh Rosen — New OC Byron Leftwich started on a good note with Rosen, and it showed in that Rosen passed more often and looked confident against the 49ers. Rosen has good skill players around him, so it’s possible that he continues to improve as the season progresses. There are two more huge BYE weeks in Weeks 10 and 11– Rosen might end up starting for some Fantasy owners in deeper formats.
