Here’s your concise look from FullTime Fantasy at the biggest Week 4 injury developments and the best ways to attack the wire ahead of Week 5.

Lamar Jackson (QB – BAL) Left Week 4 with a hamstring concern; status for Week 5 will depend on early-week testing/participation. Cooper Rush would presumably get the nod if Lamar misses time and Henry usage would surely see a boost.

Malik Nabers (WR – NYG) Sustained a serious knee injury in Week 4 and was carted off. MRI confirmed torn ACL and Nabers will miss the rest of the year.

Bucky Irving (RB – TB) Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles said Bucky Irving will undergo an MRI on Monday. Bowles admitted that Irving was one of the injured players he was “concerned” about. Rachaad White and Sean Tucker are next up with White already enjoying a 40% snap share.

The key this week will be balancing chalk plays—like Josh Allen in a dream spot—against contrarian pivots such as Bijan Robinson or Drake London to gain leverage in tournaments.

Josh Allen ($7,700) – Highest ceiling on the slate. Bills have the top implied team total vs. Saints. He’s expensive but his rushing + turnover-free play so far makes him the premier pay-up. Great in all formats.
