We made it through Thanksgiving! The fantasy football postseason is now right around the corner. But before they arrive, the FFWC High-Stakes Recap: Week 12 dives deep into all the FFWC high-stakes action from last week.

Let’s see how things are shaking out after 12 weeks of action.

FFWC World Championship

Hope everyone enjoyed a fantastic Thanksgiving Weekend. Week 12 is now complete and there are just two weeks left in the Fantasy Football World Championship regular season. It was another high-scoring week, as seven players topped 200 points (same as Week 11), and 32 players (up from 27) posted at least 180 points. With the dust settled, four new players entered the Top 20 list and we have a new leader.

One week after being knocked off the top perch, Cocktails & Dreams (9-3) has retaken the overall lead. Chad Schroeder (FFWC #3) racked up 200.85 points, which was the fifth-highest Week 12 WC total. Chad now leads the FFWC X Championship race by 10.15 points.

Climbing one position, ZCRiley FFWC1 (9-3) moved from third to second place overall. After piling up 222.95 points last week, Mark and Amy Palmer enjoyed another solid week as they posted 193.70 points. ZCRiley FFWC1 (FFWC #12) has averaged 196.82 points over the last three weeks.

Also climbing one spot, Team Extreme (9-3) moved from fourth to third place. Chris Lejawa posted 171.20 points and increased his lead in FFWC #27 from 62.55 to 103.10 points. That’s a highly competitive league, as three teams are tied with a 9-3 record.

Slipping three spots, ZCRiley FFWC Kickoff posted 140.10 points and dropped from first to fourth. It wasn’t all bad news for Amy and Mark as they won their H2H matchup and now have an 11-1 record. If they can maintain their 81.05-point lead, plus post a win during one of the two final weeks, Amy and Mark will bank a $10K Dominator prize.

Rounding out the Top 5, Fairways & Greens WC IV (12-0) held on to fifth place overall. Curtis Hirsch posted 160.35 points and remains as the only WC player with a perfect record. Curtis is well on his way to winning a $10K Dominator prize. He has a 168.80-point lead and will finish with the best record in FFWC #15.

Our FFWC X Shout Out of the Week goes to Nugget IV (7-5) in FFWC #28. Justin Herron racked up a WC Week 12 high 239.40 points, and made a huge leap, from 70th to 19th, in the overall standings.

PlayerProfiler Championship

Week 12 was high scoring in the PlayerProfiler Championship Tournament as well. Ten teams (up from 8) piled up at least 200 points, and 58 (up from 36) posted at least 180 points. For the third straight week, we have a new overall leader. One new team moved into the Top 5, and three new teams joined the Top 20 Leaderboard.

Bouncing around the top 13, since entering the Top 20 Leaderboard back in Week 2, TheGreatGatsby PPC 13 (11-1) is our new PPC leader. Ray Cowart posted 187.20 points and his PPC 8/5 11:45 PM ET squad owns a slim 1.05-point lead in the overall race.

The Deal No Deal Team 7 (10-2) slipped from first to second place. Michael Foresta posted 161.75 points and now leads PPC 9/10 9 PM ET by 265.10 points. Michael also guided his PPC SLOW 9 squad back into the Top 20 as his The Deal No Deal Team 4 racked up 202.10 points.

Moving up four positions, Team D (9-3) jumped from seventh to third. John D’Izzia piled up 204.65 points, which was the sixth-highest Week 12 PPC total. Team D has averaged 189.52 points during the last three weeks.

Holding steady, SEPT FOX (10-2) retained fourth overall. Roc Frost posted 177.30 points and went from 45.00 to 30.50 points out of the top spot. Roc owns the best record in PPC 9/1 7 PM ET and leads that league by 217.30 points. Also, after his FOX DOMINATOR team piled up 210.40 points, Roc now has three teams in the PPC Top 20 list. His PPC DOMINATOR 8/18 8 PM ET team jumped from 31st to 14th overall.

Also holding steady, Team Anderson (8-4) retained fifth overall. After posting 135.65 points last week, Michael Anderson had a nice bounce back as his squad posted 183.45 points. Michael boosted his PPC 9/7 9 PM ET league lead from 170.85 to 197.75 points.

Our PPC Shout Out of the Week goes to Team The Pizza Is Edible (7-5) who posted a PPC Week 12 high 225.10 points. Allison Kheel guided her team into a playoff position, in PPC LIVE in VEGAS 9/9 7 PM PT, plus jumped from 204th to 64th overall.

Team Excellsworth 4 (11-1) made the biggest move into the Top 20. Brian Ellsworth posted 197.35 points, in PPC SLOW 8, and jumped from 49th to 20th overall.

Dynasty Football World Championship

For the ninth straight week, 20 different Dynasty Football World Championship leagues are represented on the Top 20 Leaderboard. Tying the season-low, just one new team entered the Top 20 list. It was another high-scoring week as 12 players topped 200 points (same as Week 11), and 61 players (up from 55) posted at least 180 points.

Continuing his DFWC 2022 hot streak, Classic Wizard (10-2) retained first overall for the 12th straight week. Enjoying a huge rebound, after posting 122.55 points last week, Ben Foster’s DFWC 21 squad racked up 232.60 points. That was the second-highest DFWC Week 12 point total and pushed his overall lead from 75.80 to 91.50 points.

Moving up two positions, TURD V (10-2) jumped from fourth to second. Jon Mares’ crew piled up a Week 12 DFWC high 234.10 points. Jon’s lead, in DFWC 69, increased to 381.60 points.

Jumping three positions, Team Morrison (10-2) moved from sixth to third overall. Joining the 200+ point Week 12 group, Jordan Morrison posted 201.40 points. Jordan now leads DFWC 17 by 165.10 points.

Dropping one position, from third to fourth, Trailers (10-2) posted 173.70 points. Despite slipping some, in the overall race, Kris Wocks increased his lead in DFWC 1 to 231.75 points.

Rounding out the Top 5, St. Louis Gunners (11-1) jumped from eighth to fifth place. Ray Flack’s DFCW 35 crew posted 228.40 points, which was the third-highest DFCW Week 12 total.

Our DFWC Shout Out of the Week goes to Rob Fantauzzo who continues his impressive run of having three teams on the 20 Top Leaderboard.

Heading into Week 13 action, four teams still have a perfect 12-0 record. There are 22 one-loss squads (down from 32) that have an 11-1 record. Somewhat surprisingly, none of the undefeated teams, and just seven of 11-1 squads, are in the Top 20.

SuperFlex Bowl Tournament

Following a low scoring Week 11, compared to FullTime Fantasy FFWC, PPC, and DFWC formats; scoring was up during Week 12 in the SuperFlex Bowl Tournament. Overall, there were 35 players (up from 23) that reached the 180-point plateau. One new team entered the Top 5 and two new teams moved into the Top 20.

Retaining the top perch, Glenneration X posted 177.90 points and is the SFB overall leader for a third straight week. The top two teams in each SFB league advance to the playoffs, and Glenn Lowy now has a massive 367.00-point lead on the third-place team in SFB 8 SLOW.

Kohlscheen SFB15 maintained second place for a third straight week. Jack Kohlscheen scored 180.45 points and is now 33.05 points out of first place. Jack is also cruising towards a playoff berth, as his lead is 215.35 points over the third-place team in SFB 17 SLOW.

Climbing one position, Team Maloney moved from fourth to third place. Jim Maloney posted 173.45 points and sits 53.10 points out of first place. Jim increased his lead, from 236.05 to 272.10 points, over the third-place team in SFB 2 SLOW.

Slipping one spot, Its Likely I Win dropped from third to fourth overall. Jeffrey Jurist scored 151.00 points and is now 70.20 points off the lead. The good news, for our 2022 Maui Madness Champion, is he is 165.60 points clear of the third-place team in SFB 8/22 9 PM ET.

Rounding out the Top 5, Off In Church moved from seventh to fifth overall. Kelly Wells racked up 180.15 points, and his lead went from 89.65 to 120.90 over the third-place team in SFB 6 SLOW.

Our SFB Shout Out of the Week goes to Mos Eisley’s Cantina. Jeffrey Jurist piled up 218.80 points and moved from 68th to 27th overall. Jeffery went from 74.75 to just 19.40 points out of first place in SFB 5/27 9 PM ET.
