NBA GPP Cheat Sheet
Prices listed are Fanduel unless otherwise noted.
My NBA articles will mostly focus on Fanduel lineup construction since besides center, you need to play two at each position. The players recommended are usually still good plays on DraftKings unless the pricing is drastically different. Also, many players on DraftKings have dual position eligibility or may be listed at a different position. I will try to mention if there is a specific good play on DK based on price or position eligibility. The players listed are in no particular order, as sometimes I am giving choices to help build your lineups at all price points.
Point Guard
Rajon Rando – $5800 – Love his recent game logs at a decent price. He is hitting 5-6X every time out practically with a ceiling of 60 fantasy points.
Kyle Lowry – $8000 – The Suns DVP versus point guard has improved over the last five but is still near the bottom over the past ten games.
Russell Westbrook – $11200 – Good floor right now, due for a ceiling game soon.
Kyrie Irving – $8100 – Make sure he is playing, probably right now.
Value/Punt Plays – Tyler Johnson $4700, Mike James $4500, Andrew Harrison $4200
Shooting Guard
Victor Oladipo – $10000 – Hard to pull the trigger at this price, but disregard the name and look at his game logs. Price is up for a reason.
Will Barton – $7000 – Both he and Garry Harris are playing very well with no Jokic in the lineup.
Khris Middleton – $7400 – Going against the worst DVP tonight at the position over the last five games. Pelicans can’t stop shooting guards.
Tyreke Evans – $7300 – Like the upside versus the Wizards.
Value/Punt Plays – E’Twaun Moore $4600, Jeremy Lamb $4900
Small Forward
Jonathan Simmons – $6500 – Playing very well with no Evan Fournier and now Aaron Gordon is out also.
Paul George – $7600 – Price is back down some since he’s been back. Like it.
The Freak – $12100 – Think I am fading tonight and playing Middleton and maybe Eric Bledsoe instead.
Joe Ingles – $5200 – More of a value play, but could be in my lineups.
Value/Punt Plays – Josh Richardson $4700, Bojan Bogdanovic $4500, Mario Hezonja $3700, Wilson Chandler $4100
Power Forward
Carmelo Anthony – $6700 – Risky play, but has the ceiling and decent price.
Thaddeus Young – $6300 – Not much to pay up for at the position tonight.
Serge Ibaka – $5800 – Goes against the third worst DVP over the past five games.
James Johnson – $5900 – Always risky, but has upside with no Whiteside in lineup.
Value/Punt Plays – Nikola Mirotic $4800, Domantas Sabonis $4700, Daniel Theis $3500
Center
Nikola Vucevic – $9300 – He’s on fire right now, so don’t mind him going against DeAndre Jordan.
Aron Baynes – $3600 – Also a value play, should see increased minutes with no Al Horford.
Steven Adams – $6900 – JaguarLou and I always talk about targeting centers versus the Pacers.
DeAndre Jordon – $7900 – If want to save money off of Vuc can go other side with Jordan.
Boogie – $12000 – Prefer more if AD is out
Value/Punt Plays – Baynes $3600, Alex Len $4900 if Tyson Chandler sits.
