Happy Festivus! And welcome to Championship Week! This is what all that work was for. Congratulations on overcoming all the adversity 2024 threw at us. With only one week left, our Waiver Wire: Week 17 will help you fortify that final roster.
This is not the time to change your routine or get cute with lineups. Keep doing what you’ve been doing. However, it is smart to be proactive in adding depth, especially if it blocks your opponent from reinforcing their roster.
Along with knowing who to pick up, FullTime Fantasy‘s Matchup Analyzer Tool will help you get the most out of your lineup.
NOTE: There are TWO games on Christmas🎄 and THREE Saturday games this week.
Alexander Mattison (RB) Las Vegas Raiders – In his return to the lineup, Mattison totaled 56 yards and a score. What was encouraging was the 16 touches that Mattison absorbed. The Raiders are just playing out the string but Mattison’s high-volume role makes him the top add to target where he is available. Also, teammate Ameer Abdullah remains a viable flex option in PPR formats.
Trey Benson (RB) Arizona Cardinals – James Conner suffered a knee injury in the second half of Week 16’s loss. With Arizona mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, there is…

The first round of the fantasy playoffs is in the books and it was a wild one! Being in must-win territory brings a different feel to the Waiver Wire: Week 16. Budget and future don’t matter. It’s all about this week and this week only.
Congrats on making it this far. This is the penultimate week in most leagues, so let’s approach FAB budgets with a now-or-never attitude.
Along with knowing who to pick up, FullTime Fantasy‘s Matchup Analyzer Tool will help you get the most out of your lineup.
NOTE: There are TWO Saturday games this week, Houston at Kansas City and Pittsburgh at Baltimore.
Jerome Ford (RB) Cleveland Browns – Nick Chubb will miss the remainder of the 2024 season with a broken foot. Ford was already seeing significant snaps behind Chubb. However, now he will revert to the starting gig that resulted in Ford posting overall RB16 numbers just last season. Ladies and gentlemen- we have a league-winner.
Jerome Ford reached a top speed of 21.70 mph on his 62-yard TD run, the fastest play by a Browns ball carrier since Week 4, 2019 (Nick Chubb, 21.95 mph).

The NFL regular season has concluded but the fun is not over. While season-long fantasy football leagues have also wrapped up, Playoff leagues are just now beginning! If you would like to squeeze even more fantasy goodness out of 2023, then Fulltime Fantasy has you covered.
Our 2024 FullTime Fantasy Playoff Contests have something for everyone. From our FREE Emil Kadlec BestBall Playoff Challenge, a shot at winning a life-changing trip to Maui, or the Playoff Draft World Championship with a grand prize of $20,000 FullTime Fantasy has all your playoff fantasy football needs covered.
Play 1 or play all 3! YOU decide!
Emil Kadlec Bestball Playoff Challenge — A FREE Single-Entry contest.
Maui Madness Playoff Pick’Em — ($25 or a 5 pack for $100)
Playoff Draft World Championship $229 with NEW and improved league prizing!
Drafts are already off and running and filling fast! But while playoff leagues are a fun way to keep the fantasy season going, they are slightly different than season-long leagues. For one, the player pool is limited to the 14 NFL playoff teams.
Secondly, there is a different strategy to consider. Namely predicting which teams are likely to make lengthy postseason runs into February. Also, each playoff fantasy league has different rules and scoring, which will alter your draft approach.
Finally, updated Fantasy Football Playoff Rankings are also important.
Now that we know who is in and who is out, here are my 2024 fantasy football playoff rankings.

It is difficult to recollect a season with more adversity than 2023. If you are reading a Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Week 17 article, that means you persevered through the chaos and made it to the championship. Congratulations! This is what all that hard work was for.
Making it this far likely means your roster is set. But this isn’t the time to start overthinking. Stick with who, and what got you here. However, there may still be some depth or dynasty options worth adding. One positive takeaway is no teams are locked into playoff spots, which makes things easier to project.
Good luck this week and Merry Christmas!
Clyde Edwards-Helaire (RB) Kansas City Chiefs – Isiah Pacheco is in the NFL’s concussion protocol. Since two-thirds of players diagnosed with a concussion miss at least one week, that sets CEH up to be Kansas City’s lead back in Week 17. Edwards-Helaire has already been making the most of a bigger opportunity after Pacheco missed a pair of games in December. As the potential lead back against a suspect Cincinnati run D, Edwards-Helaire is a solid RB2. Also, it makes him the top fantasy football waiver wire: week 17 option.
Zamir White (RB) Las Vegas Raiders – Josh Jacobs has now missed two consecutive games. Additionally, with the Raiders out of playoff contention and Jacobs set to hit free agency, we could see the veteran back shut down. If that happens, White becomes a very strong RB2 play this week as the Raiders take on a Colts’ defense that has ceded the third-most fantasy points to running backs.

Congratulations on advancing to the semi-finals. Only the best of the best- or luckiest- teams make it this far. However, more untimely injuries complicate rosters in this penultimate week. FullTime Fantasy‘s Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Week 16 breaks down all the players you should ahead of your semi-final matchup.
Ty Chandler (RB) Minnesota Vikings – Chandler was our top add last week and came up huge, posting the best game of the season for any Minnesota running back with his 157-yard performance. If somehow Chandler slipped through the cracks and is still available, do whatever it takes to add him to your roster.
Noah Brown (WR) Houston Texans – Brown led Houston’s depleted receiving corps in snaps (66) and posted a massive 32.4% target share. Even when Nico Collins returns, Brown is cemented into a solid role with a Texans offense that will have C.J. Stroud back under center. Subsequently, he has WR3 value for the remainder of the season.
Justice Hill (RB) Baltimore Ravens – With Keaton Mitchell’s season over, Hill should…

Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Week 15
Congratulations on persevering through a challenging 2023 regular season and making the playoffs! It’s now do or die, with FAAB no longer applicable. However, more costly injuries have undoubtedly derailed many championship hopefuls. Our Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Week 15 will help you identify the players to add ahead of the first round.
Also, a friendly reminder there are three Saturday games this week, in addition to Thursday Night Football.
D’Onta Foreman (RB) Chicago Bears – Returning from a two-game absence, Foreman dominated touches and playing time out of Chicago’s backfield. Foreman rushed 11 times for 50 yards while Roschon Johnson and Khalil Herbert combined to accumulate 14 yards on four totes. For now, it looks like Foreman is Chicago’s lead back. And that makes him quite fantasy-releveant where he can be added on the fantasy football waiver wire: Week 15.
Ty Chandler (RB) Minnesota Vikings – It looks like Alexander Mattison is poised to miss some time with an ankle injury. That will put Chandler in a position to…
