It's hard to believe how quickly the 2022 season is flying by. Further complicating matters is the arrival of those pesky bye weeks. That places added importance on the Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Week 7.
Here are the top fantasy-relevant, low-rostered free agents to target ahead of Week 7, with FAAB recommendations. Also, don't forget the Bills, Rams, Vikings, and Eagles are on bye this week.
FAAB denotes Free Agent Acquisition Budget
Deon Jackson (RB) Indianapolis Colts (20% FAAB) - A recommended add last week, Jackson made the most of his opportunity. Indy's RB3, Jackson got the spot start and turned 22 touches into 121 scrimmage yards and a score en route to finishing the week as the overall RB1. Of course, the huge concern is Jackson was unable to finish the game with a quad injury. Jackson tweeted after the game that he was "all good," which is reassuring. However, with Jonathan Taylor tentatively expected back this week, Jackson may have a hard time seeing consistent snaps. Thus, a strong but cautious bid is in order.
Brian Robinson (RB) Washington Commanders (13%) - Robinson indeed got the start and led Washington in carries. He wasn't overly impressive but did manage to punch in a goal-line score. Robinson's value will be somewhat capped by a lack of targets but he should be added in all formats.
