Fantasy Football News and Notes
— Packers WR Geronimo Allison appears to be done for the season as the team believes that he will need groin surgery.
This is big news as Allison was in the midst of having a breakout season. The next man up for Green Bay is Marquez Valdes-Scantling who has emerged as a top deep threat for Aaron Rodgers. Spare no expense in FAAB to pick MVS up this week. He is a potential game changer.
— Bengals WR A.J. Green is expected to miss at least the next two games.
This is better news than anticipated initially as Green will be out for two games with an injured toe. John Ross is supposedly feeling better and will get the first chance to replace Green, however, the player to own is certainly Tyler Boyd. Boyd should benefit from seeing double-digit targets and is a must play in both seasonal and DFS as long as Green is sidelined.
