He hit a pair of homers Saturday and finished the three-game slate at Coors Field 8-for-13 with two doubles, a triple, four home runs and nine RBIs. In June, he is batting .500 with 12 runs, five home runs, and 12 RBIs. He is batting .254 with 43 runs, 12 home runs and 31 RBIs.
Stephen Strasburg is on the DL with right shoulder inflammation, and there’s no timetable for his return.
The Yankees placed Masahiro Tanaka on the DL with tightness in both hamstrings and will miss multiple weeks.

The Phillies bullpen still doesn’t have a clear closer. Seranthony Dominguez pitched the seventh and eighth innings and struck out four allowing three hits and one run. He’s the one to own. Luis Garcia started the ninth and allowed two hits and Tommy Hunter came in to get the final out and save.
Adam Eaton returned from the DL and went 1-for-4 with two runs on Saturday and wasn’t in the lineup Sunday as they ease him back in.
Hector Rondon has picked up the last three saves for the Astros. He allowed a hit and a walk Saturday before inducing a double play to lock up a 4-3 win over the Rangers. Manager A.J. Hinch said Ken Giles had some shaky outings lately and he along with Rondon and possibly others will get opportunities. Rondon then struck out the side Sunday for another save. He has a 1.50 ERA and a 29:5 K:BB ratio in 24 innings. He should be added in all leagues.
Blake Treinen recorded five outs to get a win Sunday.
Zack Godley has been struggling, and then he has a good game at Coors Field. He went 5.2 innings and allowed five hits, two walks, two earned runs and struck out eight in a win.
Carlos Martinez struggled in his second start off the DL. He went 3.2 innings and allowed four runs, seven walks, four hits and struck out five. He didn’t look sharp in either start.
Joakim Soria has regained the job as White Sox closer. He picked up his fifth straight save in a win over the Red Sox with a scoreless inning.
Reynaldo Lopez allowed one earned run in 6.1 innings to beat the Red Sox.
Curtis Granderson went 4-for-5 with a homer, two doubles and six RBIs Sunday.
Anthony Swarzak pitched a scoreless ninth inning to get a save for the Mets in a 2-0 win over the Yankees Sunday night. Robert Gsellman pitched the seven and eighth innings. Both could be in the mix for saves while Jeurys Familia is out with Swarzak with the edge.
Seth Lugo pitched six scoreless innings and allowed two hits, no walks and struck out eight in a win against the Yankees.
Ross Stripling picked up another win, beating the Braves by going 6.2 innings and allowing four hits, two runs, no walks and six strikeouts. He has a 5-0 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over his last five starts.
Corey Kluber went eight innings and allowed two runs, no walks, five hits and struck out eight in a win over the Tigers. He is 10-2 with a 1.99 ERA and 0.83 WHIP.
C.J. Cron hit his 15th homer Sunday.

Jeimer Candelario hit a walk-off two-run homer in the 12th inning Saturday and has 10 home runs and 29 RBIs in 205 at-bats.
Tyler Skaggs allowed one run and struck out eight with five hits and one walk to get a win over the Twins.
Arodys Vizcaino picked up save No. 11 Saturday and has a 2.10 ERA with 28 strikeouts in 25.2 innings.
Quietly, Anibal Sanchez is pitching well for the Braves. He allowed two earned runs, three hits, two walks and struck out five in 5.1 innings in a win to improve to 2-0 with a 2.37 ERA.
Michael Wacha improved to 8-1, allowing two runs, four hits, walked three and struck out six. He has a 2.47 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and a 67:30 K:BB ratio in 76.2 innings.
