SS Elvis Andrus, Texas Rangers

Andrus has a fractured right elbow and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.

3B Tim Beckham, Baltimore Orioles

Beckham left Monday’s game after aggravating a groin injury.

SS Xander Bogaerts, Boston Red Sox

Bogaerts has a small fracture in his left ankle and will start a rehab assignment Tuesday. He could return this weekend.

RP Zach Britton, Baltimore Orioles

Britton started throwing off a half-mound and did fielding drills as he recovers from a ruptured right Achilles tendon. He is scheduled to return in late May.

OF Byron Buxton, Minnesota Twins

Buxton is out with migraines. He took batting practice and started a rehab assignment Sunday, but fouled a ball off his foot preventing him from playing Monday. Buxton was supposed to return Wednesday and it could be pushed back a day or two.

OF Lonnie Chisenhall, Cleveland Indians

Chisenhall was placed on the 10-day DL with a right calf strain. He had the same issue in the spring and it popped up again. Manager Terry Francona said Chisenhall could miss 4-6 weeks.

3B Josh Donaldson, Toronto Blue Jays

Donaldson was placed on the 10-day DL with right shoulder inflammation. He played catch last week and started to run the bases.

3B Brandon Drury, New York Yankees

Drury is on the DL with severe migraines and blurred vision. He said he has been prescribed an anti-inflammatory by a migraine specialist and will begin a rehab assignment Wednesday.

3B Matt Duffy, Tampa Bay Rays

Duffy strained his right hamstring and is on the DL.

OF Avisail Garcia, Chicago White Sox

Garcia left Monday’s game with a right hamstring strain and was placed on the 10-day DL.

SP Miguel Gonzalez, Chicago White Sox

He is on the DL with right rotator cuff inflammation.

1B/3B Ryon Healy, Seattle Mariners

He is on the DL with a right ankle injury and began a rehab assignment over the weekend.

OF Kevin Kiermaier, Tampa Bay Rays

Kiermaier has a torn ligament in his right thumb and is expected to miss 8-12 weeks.

2B Rougned Odor, Texas Rangers

Odor will miss several weeks with a hamstring injury.

C Salvador Perez, Kansas City Royals

Perez is coming off a Grade 2 MCL tear and began his rehab one week ago and he’s close to a return.

OF Boog Powell, Oakland Athletics

Powell is on the 10-day DL with a right knee sprain and is expected to miss several weeks.

SP Carlos Rodon, Chicago White Sox

He threw 34 pitches in three innings on Monday in an extended spring training game.

2B Jonathan Schoop, Baltimore Orioles

Schoop is out with a Grade 1 right oblique strain. He resumed baseball activities Monday.

SP Matt Shoemaker, Los Angeles Angels

Shoemaker is out with a forearm strain and he has begun a throwing program.

OF Mark Trumbo, Baltimore Orioles

Trumbo is on the DL with a right quad strain. His rehab was shut down for a bit and he started a rehab assignment Monday.

NATIONAL LEAGUE

OF Adam Eaton, Washington Nationals

Eaton is out with a left ankle bruise. Eaton is eligible to return and he could be activated this week.

3B Logan Forsythe, Los Angeles Dodgers

Forsythe is on the 10-day DL with right shoulder inflammation. He has begun throwing.

C Tyler Flowers, Atlanta Braves

Flowers in on the 10-day DL with a left oblique strain and began a rehab assignment Monday. He is expected to play four games and if he comes out feeling good, he could be with the Braves over the weekend.

SP Luiz Gohara, Atlanta Braves

Gohara made his second rehab start Sunday and pitched four innings, allowing two hits, one run, one walk and struck out four. Gohara, who has been out with an ankle sprain, is expected to make two more rehab starts.

OF Brian Goodwin, Washington Nationals

He is on the DL with a left wrist contusion.

OF Carlos Gonzalez, Colorado Rockies

Gonzalez was placed on the DL with a right hamstring strain.

2B Josh Harrison, Pittsburgh Pirates

He has a fracture in the fifth metacarpal of the left hand and is expected to miss six weeks.

SP Rich Hill, Los Angeles Dodgers

Hill is on the DL with a split fingernail on his left middle finger. He played catch Friday and the finger was healed. He will throw a simulated game Tuesday and could start on Saturday.

RP Corey Knebel, Milwaukee Brewers

Knebel has a left hamstring strain and he started to throw off a mound.

3B Jake Lamb, Arizona Diamondbacks

Lamb is out with a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder. He has been shut down for a few days due to tendonitis in his right elbow.

RP Mark Melancon, San Francisco Giants

Melancon, who has been out with forearm soreness, will begin a throwing program Thursday.

2B Daniel Murphy, Washington Nationals

Murphy is recovering from right knee microfracture surgery in October and started playing in extended spring training games last week.

Musgrove has been dealing with a sore shoulder since the spring and will throw a simulated game Wednesday.

OF Hunter Pence, San Francisco Giants

Pence is on the DL with a sprained right thumb and he took batting practice Monday.

C Manny Pina, Milwaukee Brewers

Pina was placed on the 10-day DL with a right calf strain, retroactive to April 13. He ran the bases over the weekend and is eligible to return Tuesday.

3B Anthony Rendon, Washington Nationals

After missing one week, the Nationals put Rendon on the DL retroactive to April 19 with a left big toe contusion.

OF Hunter Renfroe, San Diego Padres

Renfroe is on the DL with right elbow inflammation.

SP Anibal Sanchez, Atlanta Braves

Sanchez is on the 10-day DL with a right hamstring strain

OF Steven Souza, Arizona Diamondbacks

Souza is out with a pectoral injury and is expected to resume baseball activities soon.

SP Dan Straily, Miami Marlins

Straily has been sidelined with mild right forearm inflammation. He has been on a rehab assignment and will make another rehab start Tuesday.

3B Eugenio Suarez, Cincinnati Reds

Suarez has a fractured right thumb and will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Tuesday.

SP Jason Vargas, New York Mets

Vargas allowed three runs, three hits, two walks and struck out four in four innings at Triple-A Monday. He will start for the Mets Saturday against the Padres.

SP Adam Wainwright, St. Louis Cardinals

Wainwright is on the DL with right elbow inflammation.

2B/OF Ben Zobrist, Chicago Cubs

He is on the DL with lower back tightness.
