One of the founding fathers of the game we all love has finally been inducted into the 2017 Fantasy Football Hall of Fame. It’s about time, right?
Emil Kadlec serves as the President of Fantasy Sports Publications, the largest publisher of Fantasy magazines in the country. Formerly serving as President of the Fantasy Sports Writing Association, Emil moved on to launch FootballDiehards in 1996. He co-founded the World Championship of Fantasy Football in 2002, the original high-stakes Fantasy contest, which spawned a whole new industry. The following year, he helped set up the WCOFB, the first high-stakes Fantasy Baseball contest!

Kadlec is a co-founder and vice president of the Fantasy Sports Writers Association where he was eventually honored with an induction into the FSWA Hall of Fame.
