The good news is that the Week 11 bye slate isn’t near as rough as last week’s. However, the bad news is that we are one week closer to the playoffs. That leaves little time left for middle-of-the-pack teams to secure a spot. Knowing which Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Week 11 players to bid on is one of the best ways to improve your odds of getting an important win in Week 11.
Also, it helps to be proactive with next week’s holiday slate on the horizon. Here are the top fantasy football waiver wire: Week 11 players to add.
Week 11 Byes: Atlanta, Indianapolis, New England, New Orleans
FAAB denotes Free Agent Acquisition Budget
Devin Singletary (RB) Houston Texans (15% FAAB) – After a dud game in Week 9, Singletary enters Monday night as the overall RB3. That’s fantasy football. However, there’s a good chance that Singletary can actually usurp Dameon Pierce as Houston’s main runner. Singletary is far more effective in a one-cut zone scheme than Pierce, who is averaging an awful 3.0 yards per carry. Also, the Texans trust Singletary more in the passing game. Both backs are likely to remain involved, but it is Singletary is is trending up. That makes adding him a top priority ahead of Week 11.
Noah Brown (WR) Houston Texans (10% FAAB) – Over the last two weeks, Brown is up there with CeeDee Lamb in receiving yards. However, unlike Lamb, there are legitimate concerns about how long it can last. Nico Collins missed Week 10, opening up the door for Brown to stay in three-wide sets. Once Houston’s top three of Collins, Tank Dell, and Robert Woods (6% FAAB) are back, Brown could see his snaps decrease. Of course, with the way he’s played, maybe Woods will. Therein lies the risk with Brown…

Predictably, Week 9’s Steelers/Titans game lacked fantasy firepower. And that appears to be applicable again in Week 10 as the offensively-challenged Panthers travel to Chicago to take on the last-place Bears. Our Thursday Night Football Preview: Week 10 breaks down the fantasy prospects in a game that seemingly lacks talking points.
The Panthers mustered only 275 yards of offense and 13 points in a home loss to the Colts. Now, the 1-win Panthers must travel on short rest. Carolina is 0-4 on the road and has yet to win a game against an NFC rival.
Meanwhile, the Bears have quarterback concerns. Tyson Bagent has been adequate, but Chicago’s offense lacks scoring upside without Justin Fields. Last week, the Bears out-gained New Orleans but dropped to 1-2 without Fields under center.
This game opened with the home team favored by just 1.5 points with a total of 41. However, early action on the Bears pushed the line to -3 and the total dipped to 39.
Matchup
| TEAM | OFFENSE | PASS | RUSH | YDS/PLAY | POINTS |
| Carolina Panthers | 30 | 27 | 24 | 31 | 26 |
| Chicago Bears | 14 | 24 | 4 | 15 | 19 |
Scoring has been an issue all season for the Panthers, and Carolina’s offensive line has been a big culprit. The Panthers rank 31st in passing yards per attempt and have allowed the fifth-most sacks. LT Ikem Ekwonu has struggled, leading to a lack of time and no ability for plays to develop downfield.
Carolina has only topped 250 passing yards once all season and their defense has allowed the second-most points and forced just seven turnovers. Subsequently, it is difficult to rely on the Panthers for points or fantasy production. Even when facing a Chicago defense that ranks 26th.
For the Bears, they will focus on keeping the ball on the ground. Chicago’s rushing attack ranks fourth and matches up well with a Carolina D that has surrendered the fifth-most rushing yards and allowed a league-worst 14 rushing touchdowns so far in 2023.
However, the biggest question for the Bears will be the health of quarterback Justin Fields. Tyson Bagent has filled in well for three games. But, Fields brings potential as a passer and runner that has been lacking.
Finally, weather should not be a factor. The forecast calls for 48-degree temperatures, with no precipitation or abnormal wind.

A costly bye slate and more untimely injuries derailed a Week 9 that still had its share of headlines. Fantasy football managers are now less than a month from the playoffs. That makes the Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Week 10 the most important week to load up for that postseason run.
As always, FullTime Fantasy has you covered. Also, the byes this week are even worse than Week 9, making the fantasy football waiver wire: week 10 even more impactful.
Week 10 Byes: Kansas City, Los Angeles Rams, Miami, Philadelphia
FAAB denotes Free Agent Acquisition Budget
Tank Dell (WR) Houston Texans (25% FAAB) – If you’re in the FullTime Fantasy Discord, you added Dell weeks ago. However, if he is still available in any league you’re in, be prepared to pay a king’s ransom. Dell is coming off of an amazing performance. His third 20-plus point fantasy outing this season. We can’t expect that kind of production weekly, but Dell is being targeted at a higher rate than Nico Collins. C.J. Stroud implored the Texans to draft Dell and that connection has certainly paid off.
Keaton Mitchell (RB) Baltimore Ravens (12% FAAB) – Before Week 9, Mitchell had all of one touch in 2023. That was mostly the same on Sunday until the Ravens were attempting to run out the clock. Mitchell only played 14 second-half snaps but parlayed them into 11 touches, 143 yards, and a touchdown in garbage time. Undoubtedly, Mitchell has a top gear lacking with Baltimore’s other two backs. However, that doesn’t mean that Mitchell will suddenly start earning a role. He’s worth a healthy FAAB bid. But fantasy managers would be wise to temper expectations and proceed with caution.
Kyler Murray (QB) Arizona Cardinals (10% FAAB) – For several weeks we have recommended a proactive bid on…
