Here at ScoutFantasySports | FullTime DFS, we feature a self-service subscription. This means that you the customer, are always 100% in control of your membership at all times. You will no longer have to email or call support (we hated this policy!) to update your membership. Now, you can simply toggle on / off your premium membership for the months or periods you want it active. If you ever need to take a break, simply visit your MY ACCOUNT pageand click on MY SUBSCRIPTION. You will then see two options:
Suspend = Recurring billing is paused, which no longer charges your card, and you will retain access through your current existing subscription. This option allows you to come back at any time and reinstate your membership by clicking “Re-Activate”.
Cancel = Recurring billing is stopped, which no longer charges your card, and cancels your premium access immediately. This option requires you to re-subscribe when you’re ready to come back.
These changes ensure that you the customer are more in control than ever before. Besides, wouldn’t you rather your experts stay busy researching than customer support? Think about it. Hiring additional customer support reps only increases the cost of your membership.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our business; providing consulting products and services for immediate consumption, (premium rankings, tools & advice) we do not offer refunds as outlined in our terms of service.
