AMERICAN LEAGUE

SS Elvis Andrus, Texas Rangers

Andrus has a fractured right elbow and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.

SS Xander Bogaerts, Boston Red Sox

Bogaerts has a small fracture in his left ankle, and he’s expected to miss 10-14 days.

OF Lonnie Chisenhall, Cleveland Indians

Chisenhall was placed on the 10-day DL with a right calf strain. He had the same issue in the spring, and it popped up again. Manager Terry Francona said Chisenhall could miss 4-6 weeks.

3B Josh Donaldson, Toronto Blue Jays

Donaldson was placed on the 10-day DL with right shoulder inflammation.

3B Brandon Drury, New York Yankees

Drury is on the DL with severe migraines and blurred vision. He said he had been prescribed an anti-inflammatory by a migraine specialist. He’s still dealing with headaches and blurred vision.

3B Matt Duffy, Tampa Bay Rays

Duffy strained his right hamstring running the bases Monday, and the Rays will decide on Tuesday if he needs a DL stint.

SP Luiz Gohara, Atlanta Braves

Gohara will make his first rehab start Tuesday at Double-A Mississippi. He needs a few starts before he’s ready and is looking at a return in early May.

1B/3B Ryon Healy, Seattle Mariners

He is on the DL with a right ankle injury.

OF Kevin Kiermaier, Tampa Bay Rays

Kiermaier has a torn ligament in his right thumb and will have surgery. He is expected to miss 8-12 weeks.

2B Brad Miller, Tampa Bay Rays

Miller was placed on the 10-day DL with a groin strain and hopes to be activated Friday.

DH Kendrys Morales, Toronto Blue Jays

Morales was placed on the 10-day DL with a Grade 1 hamstring strain.

2B Rougned Odor, Texas Rangers

Odor will miss several weeks with a hamstring injury.

C Salvador Perez, Kansas City Royals

Perez is coming off a Grade 2 MCL tear and began his rehab Sunday. He went 1-for-3 with a solo homer and caught four innings. He is on track to return before the 4-6 week timetable.

SP Drew Pomeranz, Boston Red Sox

Pomeranz will come off the DL and make his season debut Friday.

OF Boog Powell, Oakland Athletics

Powell is on the 10-day DL with a right knee sprain and is expected to miss several weeks.

2B Jurickson Profar, Texas Rangers

Profar left Monday’s game after a collision at second base and is being monitored for a concussion.

OF Colby Rasmus, Baltimore Orioles

He was placed on the 10-day DL with a left hip flexor strain.

SP CC Sabathia, New York Yankees

Sabathia will return from the DL and pitch Thursday.

2B Jonathan Schoop, Baltimore Orioles

Schoop landed on the DL with a Grade 1 right oblique strain.

SP Matt Shoemaker, Los Angeles Angels

Shoemaker is on the 10-day DL with a right forearm strain.

OF Mark Trumbo, Baltimore Orioles

Trumbo is on the DL with a right quad strain.

C Mike Zunino, Seattle Mariners

Zunino is out with an oblique strain and began a rehab assignment Monday, going 1-for-3 with a double at High-A Modesto. He caught five innings. Zunino is expected to play two more rehab games and return Friday.

NATIONAL LEAGUE

OF Adam Eaton, Washington Nationals

Eaton is out with a left ankle bruise. The Nationals hope he can return when eligible on Friday.

3B Logan Forsythe, Los Angeles Dodgers

Forsythe is on the 10-day DL with right shoulder inflammation.

C Tyler Flowers, Atlanta Braves

Flowers in on the 10-day DL with a left oblique strain and likely won’t return until early May.

2B Josh Harrison, Pittsburgh Pirates

He has a fracture in the fifth metacarpal of the left hand and is expected to miss six weeks. He was hit by a pitch on Sunday, and it’s the same injury he had last season.

RP Corey Knebel, Milwaukee Brewers

Knebel has a left hamstring strain and is expected to miss six weeks.

3B Jake Lamb, Arizona Diamondbacks

Lamb is out with a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder.

SP Dinelson Lamet, San Diego Padres

Lamet’s season is over. He will have Tommy John surgery.

OF Manuel Margot, San Diego Padres

Margot was hit by a pitch and has bruised ribs that sent him to the 10-day DL.

2B Daniel Murphy, Washington Nationals

Murphy is recovering from right knee microfracture surgery in October and is expected to start playing in extended spring training games this week.

SP Joe Musgrove, Pittsburgh Pirates

Musgrove has been dealing with a sore shoulder since the spring, and he will require multiple rehab starts before he can return to the Pirates.

OF Wil Myers, San Diego Padres

Myers will begin a rehab assignment Tuesday and is expected to be ready Friday.

C Manny Pina, Milwaukee Brewers

Pina was placed on the 10-day DL with a right calf strain, retroactive to April 13. He hasn’t played since Tuesday, and the Brewers didn’t want to be short-handed any longer. Jacob Nottingham was called up to take his roster spot.

C Kevin Plawecki, New York Mets

He has a hairline fracture in his left hand and will miss around three weeks.

SP Jeff Samardzija, San Francisco Giants

He’s on the DL with a right pectoral strain and didn’t pitch well in his first rehab start Saturday. He’s expected to make one more rehab start.

OF Scott Schebler, Cincinnati Reds

Schebler was placed on the 10-day DL with a right elbow contusion. He is on a rehab assignment.

OF Steven Souza, Arizona Diamondbacks

Souza is out with a pectoral injury.

3B Eugenio Suarez, Cincinnati Reds

Suarez has a fractured right thumb and will miss several weeks.

1B Eric Thames, Milwaukee Brewers

He is day-to-day after leaving Sunday’s game with a mild left adductor strain. The Brewers said Thames doesn’t need a DL stint.

SP Taijuan Walker, Arizona Diamondbacks

Walker was placed on the DL with right forearm inflammation.

OF Christian Yelich, Milwaukee Brewers

Yelich is still out with an oblique injury. He is eligible to return and hasn’t been activated yet. He took 70 swings in a batting cage Saturday and could be activated any day.
