NBA GPP Cheat Sheet
Prices listed are Fanduel unless otherwise noted.
My NBA articles will mostly focus on Fanduel lineup construction since besides center, you need to play two at each position. The players recommended are usually still good plays on DraftKings unless the pricing is drastically different. Also, many players on DraftKings have dual position eligibility or may be listed at a different position. I will try to mention if there is a specific good play on DK based on price or position eligibility. The players listed are in no particular order, as sometimes I am giving choices to help build your lineups at all price points.
Point Guard
Delon Wright – $5700 – Price is up, but still good value for starting point guard.
Lonzo Ball – $7800 – Probably highest upside at the position, but is streaky.
De’Aron Fox – $6300 – Like less with George Hill expected back tonight, but can still play him.
Value/Punt Plays – Dejounte Murray $3800, Patty Mills $4000, Fred VanVleet $3600
Shooting Guard
DeMar DeRozen – $9600 – With no Kyle Lowry his usage goes way up. Expect a big game versus the Cavs.
Lou Williams – $8900 – If Blake is in, like much less at this price.
Bogdan Bogdanovic – $5500 – I hate choosing which shooting guard to play for the Kings. He has had 30+ minutes the last three games.
Value/Punt Plays – Buddy Hield $4500, Manu Ginobili $4400, Tyrone Wallace $3600
Small Forward
LeBron James – $11500 – Get him in your lineups on this short slate.
Brandon Ingram – $6600 –
Kyle Anderson – $5600 – Like the play with no Leonard tonight. Also $1000 discount from Ingram.
Value/Punt Plays – CJ Miles $3800
Power Forward
LaMarcus Aldridge – $9900 – Good floor and usage bump with no Leonard.
Blake Griffin – $8800 – If he is good to go, I like him tonight.
Zach Randolph – $4900 – Price has dipped below $5000. Still like the upside.
Value/Punt Plays – Randolph $4900, Davis Bertrans $4500, Jeff Green $4400, Pascal Siakam $3500
Center
Kevin Love – $6700 – Price is down due to his recent poor play. Gotta love the ceiling at that price.
Jonas Valanciunas – $6200 – Price is too high in my opinion, but he has been playing well.
Pau Gasol – $5500 – Risky, but good price.
Julius Randle – $6700 – In play, the position is deep tonight relatively.
DeAndre Jordan – $8800 – Prefer if Griffin doesn’t play.
Value/Punt Plays – Brook Lopez $4400
