Redskins Offense Outlook
A quarterback and running back injury led to Washington ranking much lower than expected offensively in 2018. Their passing attack barely had a pulse while looking to be balanced on offense. This year the Redskins will be in transition offensively with a lot of moving parts.
As a sophomore for Ohio State with a starting job, Haskins passed for 4,831 yards with 50 TDs and eight Ints.… Continue reading ...

QB Alex Smith – From 2011 to 2017, Smith was one of the best QBs in the league winning games. He went 69-31-1 over this span with a winning record each year. Despite only passing for 4,000 yards (4,042 in 2017) once in his career and never throwing over 26 TDs, Alex won games by not making mistakes (43 Ints over his 102 games). His completion rate has been exceptional in 2016 (67.1) and 2017 (67.5) while setting a career high in yards per pass attempts (8.6) last year. He led the NFL in QB rating (104.7) in 2017. Some of his growth last year can be attributed to more willingness to throw the ball downfield thanks to a hotshot QB sitting behind him on the bench.… Continue reading ...

Daily Dr. Roto — April 24, 2018
With the NFL draft just around the corner, I’ve decided to step away from Fantasy Baseball for a few days and do some Draft previews.
There is only one who seems like a lock to be drafted in the top five overall picks, but there are a few others who might be selected on Day 1 (and Day 2) as well:
Saquon Barkley — Fans all over the Tri-State area are hoping that the Giants do not blow their opportunity to take a “once in a generational” talent in Barkley if the Browns take a QB at #1. Barkley is clearly the best RB in his class and can start in the NFL from Day One.… Continue reading ...
Dr. Roto and Adam Ronis teamed up to discuss which running back should be selected second in Dynasty Fantasy Football drafts. With Saquon Barkley as the obvious top overall pick, Ronis and Doc debate whether Derrius Guice or Nick Chubb is the second-best running back heading into the 2018 NFL Draft. With Fantasy Football, so much depends on volume and opportunity. Ronis believes that in the right situation, Guice could be a three-down back and provide plenty of value, especially if he lands with a team like the Philadelphia Eagles. And although Dr. Roto says “Guice is nice,” the good doctor would prefer Nick Chubb, the human battering ram. Although Chubb does not catch passes, he will truck defenders like it’s nobody’s business.… Continue reading ...
