AFC North Team Outlooks
The AFC North is loaded with fantasy football decision points for 2026, from Ja’Marr Chase’s elite top-three profile to Lamar Jackson’s new offensive system, Harold Fannin’s must-draft tight end case and Jaylen Warren’s massive ranking-vs-ADP gap.

AFC North Fantasy Football Preview
This division brings a little bit of everything: elite first-round firepower, quarterback uncertainty, discounted veterans, rookie upside, major ADP gaps and several “plant your flag” draft targets.
Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals remain one of the cleanest fantasy offenses in football. Ja’Marr Chase is an early top-three pick, Joe Burrow is positioned for another monster passing season, and Tee Higgins remains a strong but sometimes uneven fantasy starter.
The biggest draft-day question is Chase Brown. The volume is exciting, but Samaje Perine could play spoiler for fantasy managers paying near the start of Round 2.

Cleveland Browns
The Browns are not a clean fantasy offense because the quarterback situation is not clean. Deshaun Watson vs. Shedeur Sanders creates uncertainty, and Cleveland projects for only 20 passing touchdowns.
But that does not mean this team should be ignored. Quinshon Judkins is the clear RB1, Denzel Boston is the late-round swing, and Harold Fannin may be the must-draft tight end target of the season.

Baltimore Ravens
Lamar Jackson is still elite, but QB4 pricing is not an easy click with a new offensive coordinator and early transition noise. Declan Doyle may unlock more creativity, but the new system adds uncertainty at a premium price.
The better path may be attacking the discounted pieces around him. Derrick Henry looks like a Round 3 steal, Zay Flowers remains worth paying for, Ja’Kobi Lane is a camp riser, and Mark Andrews is interesting again at a cheaper tight end price.

Pittsburgh Steelers
Pittsburgh may be one of the more mispriced fantasy offenses in the division. Aaron Rodgers may not be a priority fantasy quarterback, but he gives the surrounding pieces enough stability to beat depressed ADPs.
Jaylen Warren is the flag-plant value. The market prices him closer to RB28, while our projections have him as RB16. DK Metcalf and Michael Pittman also project well ahead of ADP.

AFC North Draft Strategy Takeaway
The AFC North is a division where drafters need to separate name value from draft value. Chase is the elite first-round anchor. Fannin and Warren are our flag-plant values. Henry and Flowers are better ways to attack Baltimore than blindly paying Lamar’s QB4 price. And the biggest edge may come from trusting the roles before the rest of the market fully adjusts.
