Circa Survivor Report: Week 12
COWBOYS STUNNER ROCKS CONTEST
Despite a solid mark of 9-4 Straight-up (SU) and 7-5-1 ATS by favorites in Week 12, the biggest chalk on the slate left one-third of those remaining in Circa’s Survivor contest in utter despair. FullTime Fantasy‘s Circa Survivor Report: Week 12 recaps the carnage and previews a Week 13 slate that is lucky for the few remaining entries.
Dallas, who headed to Northwest Stadium to face Washington on a five-game losing streak as 10.5-point road underdogs. 33 of 99 Circa remaining entrants believed it would be a cakewalk for Jayden Daniels and the Commanders against a banged-up Cowboys squad.

Facing a 10-9 deficit, 33% of the pool were left devastated when their dreams of winning $14 million ended after Cooper Rush and the Cowboys scored 24 fourth-quarter points en route to a shocking 34-26 upset. Sportsbooks rejoiced since Washington was the biggest public betting favorite of the slate earning 87% of spread wagers as well as 94% of moneyline investments.

The AFC South-leading Texans, which were 8.5-point home favorites, hosted the 2-8 Titans at NRG Stadium. After taking a 27-23 lead early in the fourth quarter, eight contestants felt confident that C.J. Stroud and the boys would improve their 7-4 record.
However, Will Levis had other plans. On the first play after Houston extended their lead, Levis found TE Chig Okonkwo who raced 70 yards for the go-ahead touchdown.

After Tennessee sacked Stroud for a safety with only 1:17 remaining, the quest for glory was over for those who selected the Texans.
After seeing 44 entrants eliminated, only 54 of the starting 14,266 entries remain alive and continue to dream!
The Broncos and Packers bring it home, saving 9 more entries from elimination!
That will do it for Week 12. Those of you who survived – congrats!

The Circa Survivor contest is a grueling contest that forces entrants to pick one winner every week, with no spread with one pivotal caveat. Entrants CAN NOT use the same team more than once during the season.
The journey for the biggest Survivor prize in history ($14,266,000), contestants will become more stressful in Week 13 since Thanksgiving/Black Friday is its own week. Entrants will have to choose wisely from a four-game slate that features: Detroit (-10.5) vs Chicago, Dallas (-4) vs NY Giants, Green Bay (-3) vs Miami, and Kansas City (-13) vs Las Vegas.
If those remaining are able to move on past Turkey Day they will then have to choose a SU winner from the Sunday/Monday slate of games.
From a betting perspective, favorites hold a sizable 123-56 SU (68.7%) and 92-83-4 ATS (52.6%) edge. Home teams hold a slim 88-86 SU (50.6%) advantage (five international games) while road teams hold the coveted 93-77-4 ATS (54.7%) edge.
