Isiah Pacheco (RB) Kansas City Chiefs – Kansas City designated Pacheco (leg) to return from IR. That opens the 21-day window for Pacheco to return to action. This is great news for fantasy managers who weathered the storm, but bad news for Kareem Hunt’s prospects. We will keep an eye on his practice status and update Discord.
DK Metcalf (WR) Seattle Seahawks – Reports indicate that Metcalf will practice Wednesday. The star wideout has missed three weeks with a sprained MCL. We will keep an eye on his practice participation. However, everything is trending up.
Nico Collins (WR) Houston Texans – Collins was activated from IR last week. However, he did not play in Houston’s Week 10 loss. His practice participation is key this week but there is growing optimism that the superstar wideout will play. However, the Texans play Dallas on Monday, so fantasy managers will have to prepare to pivot if late word comes that Collins won’t suit up. We will keep Discord updated throughout the week.
Sam LaPorta (TE) Detroit Lions – LaPorta is day-to-day with a shoulder injury.

Tee Higgins (WR) Cincinnati Bengals – Higgins (quad) will open the week day-to-day. UPDATE: Higgins practiced on Wednesday, which is a good sign.
Dalton Kincaid (TE) Buffalo Bills – Kincaid is questionable with a PCL injury. The normal recovery timeline for a PCL/bursa ailment is 1-3 weeks.
Brian Robinson (RB) Washington Commanders – Robinson has missed two games with a hamstring injury. He was limited on Monday. UPDATE: Robinson is good to go Thursday.
Dak Prescott (QB) Dallas Cowboys – Prescott will have season-ending surgery on his hamstring. His absence will be the death blow to a Dallas offense that has been one of the most disappointing in football.
George Kittle (TE) San Francisco 49ers – There was a report that Kittle tweaked his hamstring during San Francisco’s Week 10 victory, but Kittle played 57 snaps. We’ll monitor his practice status but so far we’re not concerned.
Chris Olave (WR) New Orleans Saints – New Orleans placed Olave (concussion) on IR. Therefore, he will miss at least four games.
Trevor Lawrence (QB) Jacksonville Jaguars – Dr. Deepak Chona compared Lawrence’s shoulder injury to that of Anthony Richardson last year. If that is accurate, it is bad news. Subsequently, it makes little sense for the 2-8 Jaguars to risk their franchise quarterback’s long-term health in another lost season.
Adam Theilen (WR) Carolina Panthers – The Panthers designated Theilen to return from IR. That opens the 21-day window for Theilen to be activated to the roster.
Keon Coleman (WR) Buffalo Bills – The Bills have ruled Coleman OUT with a wrist injury. Meanwhile, there is optimism that teammate Amari Cooper (wrist) is progressing.
MarShawn Lloyd (RB) Green Bay Packers – Lloyd’s 21-day window has opened. However, he’s well off the fantasy radar.
Miles Sanders (RB) Carolina Panthers – Sanders was carted off the field with a lower leg injury. The Panthers are off in Week 10, so updates will be delayed. With Jonathon Brooks slated to debut, fantasy managers can drop Sanders.
