Jordan Love (QB) Green Bay Packers – Love (MCL) returned to practice last week and was “close” to playing. He is expected to be limited this week in practice. However, there is a 70% chance Love will return to face the Vikings in Week 4. We will keep the FullTime Fantasy Discord updated with news all week.
DeVonta Smith (WR) Philadelphia Eagles – A vicious hit resulted in a concussion for Smith. He must clear the league’s protocol before he can suit up. Typically, that takes 1-2 weeks, so consider him questionable for Week 4.
Austin Ekeler (RB) Washington Commanders – Ekeler is also in the concussion protocol. Ekeler did not fly home with the team, which complicates his Week 5 status.
Trey McBride (TE) Arizona Cardinals – Yet another premier fantasy player sidelined with a concussion.
Adam Thielen (WR) Carolina Panthers – Just when Andy Dalton restored some credibility to Carolina’s fledgling offense, Thielen injured his hamstring on his TD grab and will miss at least four games. Check out Week 4 waiver wire for who to target to replace Thielen.

Justin Herbert (QB) Los Angeles Chargers – Herbert aggravated his ankle injury and exited LA’s Week 3 loss. However, there is some optimism that Herbert will play in Week 4 with some mobility limitations.
Ken Walker (RB) Seattle Seahawks – Reportedly, Walker (oblique) is progressing well. However, with Zach Charbonnett filling in nicely, the Seahawks have the luxury of letting Walker get close to 100% before they start him.
Sam LaPorta (TE) Detroit Lions – Low-ankle sprain. We will update his status throughout the week. However, it should be noted that the Lions have a Week 5 bye.
Skylar Thompson (QB) Miami Dolphins – Thompson is day-to-day with a chest injury. Despite his availability, Superflex fantasy managers should be prepared for Tyler Huntley to start for the Dolphins this week.
Jaylen Warren (RB) Pittsburgh Steelers – A knee injury forced Warren from Sunday’s game. He had an MRI and is questionable for Week 4. UPDATE: Warren is week-to-week.
Britain Covey (WR) Philadelphia Eagles – Sent to IR with a shoulder injury.
