The first game of the 2022 NFL season didn’t quite live up to the hype. At least not for the defending champions. The second week begins with an exciting AFC West matchup between the Chargers and Chiefs that should make up for the Rams’ disappointing showing. Our Thursday Night Football Preview: Week 2 will gives you all the fantasy football, DFS, and sports betting tips you’ll need.

Both squads enter this tilt 1-0 after impressive victories in their openers. The Chiefs have won 13 of their last 16 matchups with the Chargers and shootouts have been the norm of late.

This should be another exciting, high-scoring grudge match. Let’s break down the fantasy football ramifications in our Thursday Night Football Preview: Week 2. They face another tough task in Week 2, traveling to Arrowhead on a short week.

Kansas City dismantled the Cardinals in Arizona last week behind a league-best 360 passing yards and five touchdowns from Patrick Mahomes. This quelled any concerns of how Andy Reid and company with fare after trading away Tyreek Hill in the offseason.

Andy Reid found success by distributing the ball among multiple players. Mahomes had completed passes to nine different teammates in the first half of the team’s blowout win.

Meanwhile, Brandon Staley’s Chargers come off of a 24-19 road victory against the Raiders. Behind another solid outing from QB Justin Herbert, LA did just enough to keep Derek Carr and the Raiders from mounting a successful comeback in Las Vegas.

Four of the last five meetings between these two AFC West rivals have gone over 52 points, so there should be plenty of fireworks. This is the first NFL game to be available exclusively on a streaming platform, so it should be a memorable contest on multiple fronts.

Kansas City enters Week 2 as four-point favorites and the over/under is set at a whopping 54 points. This game certainly doesn’t look like another boring Thursday Night tilt.

There should be plenty of points scored and that means a ton of fantasy football ramifications.

Welcome to the 2022 NFL season! We’ve got quite a debut game as the Rams host the Bills. Our Thursday Night Football Preview: Week 1 covers all the fantasy football and DFS info you’ll need. Also, we will present our Best Bet for the game.

The inaugural game of the 2022 NFL season is sure to be a good one as the defending champion Rams host a Buffalo Bills squad that is favored to be their top challengers this season. With an opening over/under of 52.5, there should be plenty of fireworks in the first game of the season.

Here is our Thursday Night Football Preview: Week 1 with fantasy tips, DFS picks, and our best bet.

Too often we have subpar Thursday night matchups worsened by teams playing on a short week. That won’t be the case in the season opener. Both teams are prohibitive Super Bowl favorites and boasted top-1o offenses last season. Both squads also have deep and talented defenses, which will make every drive crucial.

Sean McVay, fresh off his first Lombardi Trophy, is one of the most innovative and intelligent coaches in the league. In McVay’s first five seasons at the helm, the Rams have made the playoffs four times and boast a 55-26 regular-season record. All of his teams have finished 11th or better in offense and 16th or better…

Although this wasn’t the outcome most of us expected back in August, we have finally reached the final NFL game of the season and Super Bowl LVI is shaping up to be an exciting contest.

The NFC is represented by Sean McVay‘s Los Angeles Rams, who last won a title back in the 1999 season and last appeared two seasons later losing Super Bowl XXXVI 20-17. This is the Rams’ fifth overall appearance.

Making their third overall appearance, the AFC’s Cincinnati Bengals have never won an NFL championship and this is their time playing in the Super Bowl in 40 years. The Bengals are 0-2 in their previous Super Bowls.

Both teams were the respective conference’s 4-seeds, making this the first game since 1975 without at least one team being a top-3 playoff entrant.

As with any NFL finale, Sunday will be treated as a national holiday with plenty of daily fantasy and betting action taking place.

Our Conference Championships bets went a perfect 4-0, so Let’s break down how the game might go and pick our best bets for Super Bowl LVI.

There isn’t much of a break to get over what was a devastating Week 15 that dragged on for what felt like six weeks but was actually just six days.

Still, for those of us still playing, we must move on and Thursday Night Football offers an intriguing intra-conference battle between the red-hot San Francisco 49ers and AFC South-leading Tennessee Titans.

With plenty of fantasy-relevant players on both sides of the ball, this game should have a ton of ramifications on season-long and best-ball lineups as well as DFS.

Urban Meyer finally getting dismissed isn’t the only positive thing for football fans this Thursday. For a change, we get an excellent matchup on Thursday Night Football with two playoff teams armed with high-scoring offensive capabilities.

While the Chiefs aren’t putting up their normal numbers, Kansas City enters this showdown in the midst of a six-game winning streak. The Chiefs still have the NFL’s No. 4 overall offense but it’s the defense that has really stepped up over the last month to vault Kansas City back up the AFC playoff standings.

The Chargers have won 3-of-4 and have also racked up 37-plus points in those three victories. These two rivals met back in Week 3 at Arrowhead with the Chargers coming away with a 30-24 victory. Will the Chargers be able to win at home and sweep their AFC West nemesis or will the red-hot Chiefs extend their winning streak and even the series?

Last Thursday was a bit overwhelming, with three games filling up an entire day. Week 13 sees a return to normalcy as the Dallas Cowboys travel to New Orleans in our primetime showdown.

This will be the Cowboys’ second consecutive Thursday tilt and the Cowboys, losers of three of their last four games. For Dallas to get back into the conversation as the NFC’s top team they need to quickly right the ship.

New Orleans has been even worse, losing four straight and falling out of the wild-card chase. In an effort to right the ship, Sean Payton has made a quarterback change, but will it be enough to save the Saints’ season?

Traditionally the Week 12 slate has always been one of the most anticipated of the season. In many leagues, Week 12 marks the trade deadline, but normally falling on Thanksgiving, it also means an entire Thursday filled with food, family, friends, and football.

With three games filling up the entire day, we must take a different approach in our usual Thursday Night Football preview. For this week, I’ll take a broad look at all three games and make my favorite picks for each game.

Things haven’t been easy this year, so please take the time to be appreciative for what you still have, and the things that truly matter in life besides football. We wish you the happiest of Thanksgivings and hope you’re able to enjoy a full day’s worth of pigskin with those that mean the most.

Chicago Bears (-3) at Detroit Lions; over/under 41

The opening game of the slate isn’t exactly the most desirable, but there’s still plenty of fantasy ramifications on the line. Rumors are swirling that this could be Matt Nagy’s last game of the helm for Chicago, but it seems odd to let a coach prepare a team to play if his fate’s already decided and the team is still technically in the playoff hunt. It would also go against the 100-plus year history of the franchise never dismissing a coach mid-season.

Detroit won’t part ways with Dan Campbell this week but the league’s only winless team still has plenty of questions- like who will be under center?
