Damian Lillard
Over the first 8 games Dame has only been under 50 FPs twice. In both those games he put up 42 and 45 FPs. Tonight he gets an elite matchup bs Kyrie and the Nets who rank 23 vs opposing PGs. Can see Dame and Kyrie going back and forth tonight.
Luka Doncic
Playing at an elite level this year and just shy of averaging a triple/double. Excellent matchup vs the Knicks.
VALUE
Jordan Clarkson
Playing well as of late and gets a pace up spot vs a bad team.
Raul Neto
Simmons is out and Neto should play 20 + minutes. On the year Neto is averaging a FPPM. Excellent value at his price. He will probably be the highest owned player on the slate.
Anfarnee Simons
Playing close to 20 minutes a game with double digit shot attempts and pts over the last 2 games. Pivot off Neto.
Darius Garland
Playing close to 30minutes a game and taking shots. Shot will start falling soon and he will put up a god game. Tonight could be the night vs the fast paced wizards who don’t play any defense. Risky play but could drop 25-30.
SHOOTING GUARD
*Beal, Russell are both in good spots. I prefer to pay down a bit tonight.
Jimmy Butler
Butler is underpriced on DK 7.4K for a player averaging 43 FPs and has well over 50 FP upside. Should step it up vs James and Davis tonight.
Andrew Wiggins
Wiggins, not Towns has the highest usage with Teague and Napier off the floor 33.7% usage. Excellent spot vs the defenseless Warriors.
Josh Richardson
The Sixers will be with out Simmons tonight , so JRich should get time at the PG position. This increases his value. Also should pick up additional usage with shots, rebounds and assists. JRich usually adds some defensive stats in the mix. Priced at 5.7K on DK and 28.5 FPs is value. Can see him dropping between 30-35 tonight.
VALUE
Evan Fournier
Grizzlies are one of the worst teams defensively and especially vs guards. The Magic will be with out Ross tonight and Fournier should play a few more minutes and get off a few more shots. Great spot for him to both at a good value.
Tim Hardaway Jr.
Hardaway getting a chance to go against his old team tonight. I can see him taking a few extra shots and playing a bit harder.
Bogdan Bogdanovic
Bogdanovic is getting an uptick in minutes and gets an elite matchup tonight in a pace up spot.
SMALL FORWARD
Brandon Ingram
Ingram is playing very well this year and gets an elite matchup vs the Raptors who are ranked as one of the worst defending SFs.
Jonathan Isaac
Isaac is playing well and coming off a 50 FPs game. Elite matchup vs the Grizzlies tonight.
Will Barton
Playing well since returning from injury. Good price for him tonight and has averaged 35 FPs over last 3 games.
VALUE
CJ Miles
The Wizards are changing up the starting lineup tonight and we could see either Miles or Troy Brown Jr. slide in. Favorite value play at SF. Also Troy Brown Jr. is a viable play for the Wiz.
Doug McDermott
Pacers are down Turner, Sumner and a few others. McDermott filled in well last game off the bench and should do so again tonight.
Kevin Knox
Playing over 20 minutes a game and should see more with the Knicks down a few players. Nice matchup and value tonight.
POWER FORWARD
Kristaps Porzingas
Good spot for Porzingas to play well, especially vs his old team. The few games he missed hitting value was due to his poor shooting. Should have not problem scoring on the Knicks tonight.
Julius Randle
The Knicks will be with out Mitchell Robinson tonight, so we should see Portis slide into the starting lineup and Randle pick up some usage. Randle in 6.9K on DK and averaging just shy of 35 FPs which is value. Bump in minutes, usage should help him eclipse 40 FPs tonight. Bobby Portis is viable as well for the Knicks tonight.
Al Horford
Horford has seen a price drop down to 6k. Playing well this year for the Sixers averaging 37 FPs so far. In a good spot vs the Nuggets tonight in what should be a close game with out Ben Simmons.
VALUE
Treveon Graham
Graham has been playing over 20 minutes a game and averaging 16 FPs so far this year. He in only 3.6K and gets an elite matchup tonight. The Wolves are a bit thin, so he could see extended minutes again.
Taj Gibson
The Knicks will be with out Robinson tonight so Portis will most likely start. This leaves Gibson as the first big off the bench and should see an extended roll tonight. He is only 3.2 K on DK and should do well.
CENTER
Karl-Anthony Towns, Andre Drummond & Joel Embiid
These 3 are all priced over 10k on both sites. KAT has an elite matchup and will be with out Teague. Drummond is playing the Pacers where he dropped 78 and 45 FPs. Joel Embiid is playing with out Ben Simmons in a tougher matchup vs the Nuggets. These 3 are all viable and I would rate them as listed above.
Hassan Whiteside
Whiteside has been putting up double/doubles in around 25-28 minutes most nights. Tonight he gets the crush matchup vs the Nets. Play Bigs vs Nets. Can see a 50+ FP performance. I also like Jarret Allen as the Blazers are ranked 29th vs the Center(listed below). Favorite option tonight. Can stack with Allen on DK.
Nikola Jokic
Jokic started off the season well but cooled off a bit since then. Most of it is due to lack of minutes or poor shooting performances. In the two games vs the Sixers last year Jokic averaged 29.5 pts, 14.5 rebounds, 10 assists and 1.5 steals. Embiid played in on of those 2 games. This is a game where Jokic should play solid minutes and play well. Can see him as a contrarian option tonight with the 3 other 10k plus players on the slate. Triple/double threat.
VALUE
Jarret Allen
The Blazers are ranked 29th vs opposing Centers. Last game Allen played 30 minutes and put up 34 FPs because Jordan sprained his ankle. Allen could start tonight and play around 30 minutes again, especially if Jordan is out. Option is to play Whiteside & Allen for 11.5K they project around 80 FPs.
Dwight Powell
Played over 30 minutes last game and gets an excellent matchup tonight.
