PGA DFS—Genesis Open

NOTE: The weather is going to be very dicey on Thursday in California, so watch the patterns closely to see which wave will be the most affected.

Dustin Johnson—Loves this course and should have a chance to win if he plays well.

Justin Thomas—In a great spot and I will use him liberally in GPPs.

Rory McIlroy—Not sure if he wins here, but I like him to finish top ten.

Jon Rahm—First time on the course. It should fit him well, but I tend to fade guys with zero course history.

Bryson DeChambeau—Always worth consideration and could be lower owned than usual due to the strong competition.

Phil Mickelson—I generally do not play the winner of last week’s tournament.

Bubba Watson—This course suits his game perfectly, but I have a hard time trusting his game which is very unpredictable.

Tiger Woods—Will be fading Tiger this week. I will start using him more on the East Coast.

Xander Schauffele—Under the radar guy who can win.

Hideki Matsuyama—When he’s playing well he can score with the best of them.

Tony Finau—A bomber whose game is perfectly suited for Riviera.

Patrick Cantlay—He had a WD last week which should lower his ownership.

Adam Scott—Loves this course and always plays well here.

Matt Kuchar—Steady as a rock and playing the best golf of his career.

Cameron Smith—Primed to make a run on Sunday one of these weeks.

Sergio Garcia—Had a bit of a meltdown recently in the desert but should rebound here.

Adam Hadwin—Not a big hitter, but a creative player who will make the cut.

Jason Kokrak—Riding a hot streak and has played well here in the past.

Kevin Na—I hate this guy but his course history is worth consideration.

Sung Kang—Love playing him in West Coast tourneys.

Bud Cauley—Healthy again and could surprise.

J.B. Holmes—Hate the player, but like his game for this course.

Charley Hoffman—Sneaky cut maker.

J.T. Poston—Playing well and at a good price.

Harold Varner—Big hitter could end up being a great value at 7k.

Jim Furyk—Has excelled here in previous years and played well last week.

James Hahn—Won here a few years ago.

Nick Taylor—Cut maker under 7k.

Sam Saunders—One of my favorite cheap plays.

Carlos Ortiz—Super risky, but cheap and could make the cut.

K.J. Choi—Old wily veteran who loves this course.
