FFWC Risers & Fallers: August

Welcome to another episode of the FFWC stock report, where I dive in and talk about the players that are rising and falling in FFWC drafts. The high-stakes ADP discussed below will be based on FFWC Circa Las Vegas Championship leagues.

Speaking of the FFWC Circa Las Vegas Championship, pack your bags and get ready for the most amazing Vegas weekend of all time! Not only will the Circa Resort & Casino host the Championship, but we’re also taking fantasy football to a next-level experience with the Circa Las Vegas Fantasy Championships!

But now, let’s recap the FFWC Risers & Fallers: August from those amazing Circa Las Vegas Championship drafts.

Stock Rising

Jahmyr Gibbs (RB) Detroit Lions (ADP 25, +8)

The surge in popularity for Jahmyr Gibbs can be attributed to the turmoil faced by other running backs in the league. With Ezekiel Elliott signing with the Cowboys, Dalvin Cook joining the Jets, Josh Jacobs holding out, and Jonathan Taylor expressing trade desires, the conditions have favored Gibbs, causing his draft stock to soar from the 3/4 turn to an early 3rd round placement.

Personally, I’m very optimistic about Gibbs given his current price point, especially when snagged anywhere in the 3rd round. Also, you’re going to want to check out just how the FullTime Fantasy staff is on Gibbs here.

Dameon Pierce (RB) Houston Texans (ADP 56, +7)</p

Dameon Pierce is distancing himself from the veteran presence of RB Devin Singletary during training camp and preseason games. Indications suggest that Pierce could become an incredibly valuable three-down back in the Texans’ offensive scheme.

Ezekiel Elliot (RB) Dallas Cowboys (ADP 152, +8)

The experienced running back inked a one-year deal with the Patriots just last week, with expectations that he will vulture goal-line opportunities from Rhamondre Stevenson. My advice would be to…

As a known fantasy fiend, I am through eight FullTime Fantasy Championship Drafts over at the FFWC. In that time, I found some very nice values in the ADP that I have been mining in the draft room. I want to share my FullTime Fantasy Championship ADP Values with FullTime Fantasy Members to help you get a leg up on your draft day. This is premium content and I probably shouldn’t be sharing this with you all…But that’s what they pay me to do.

The FullTime Fantasy Championship is a contest where the top-4 finishers in each league after Week 14 advance to the Championship Round (Weeks 15-17). This is a PPR league with kickers, defenses, and two (non-QB) flex spots. A 20-round draft gets rosters started, with NO TRADES allowed.

What separates the FullTime Fantasy Championship from others is that it offers THE HIGHEST RETURN ON INVESTMENT FOR ANY NATIONAL COMPETITION!

ONLINE DRAFTS  are already underway and you can choose your preferred time or a SLOW draft. You can also register for the LIVE EVENTS that will take place at the CIRCA HOTEL in Las Vegas! But act fast as this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity won’t last long!

Now, let’s check out some of my favorite ADP values to exploit in FullTime Fantasy Championship drafts.

Quarterbacks

Josh Allen (Buffalo Bills) QB3 (Round 5.3)

On most other sites Allen is going in the late third round as the QB3. However, Allen is being targeted a full two rounds earlier. Stud QBs are en vogue in 2023. That said, having the ability to build the core of your team and then add the back-to-back overall  QB1 in fantasy ppg is criminal!

It’s always fascinating to see different draft strategies play out in various formats. But this season, there has been a premium placed on elite signal callers. That’s why I feel nabbing Allen in the fifth round is a tremendous value I’m more than happy to exploit.

WHAT OTHER FFWC FULLTIME FANTASY CHAMPIONSHIP ADP SLEEPERS SHOULD YOU BE TARGETING?

While it is still early in the 2023 fantasy football draft season, FFWC best ball draft season is underway. Using the average draft position from these drafts allows us to recognize tendencies and find the early 2023 fantasy football fades to avoid.

Of course, things can and certainly will change over time. However, these preliminary drafts allow savvy high-stakes players the opportunity to exploit values. Conversely, there are also players that appear to be targeted prematurely.

Let’s take a look at some of the early 2023 fantasy football fades to avoid in these May FFWC drafts. And while we’re on the subject, now is a great time to adopt a Dynasty Football World Championship squad.

Running Backs

Breece Hall (New York Jets) RB11 – There is a lot to love about Breece Hall in dynasty leagues. However, being drafted near the 2/3 turn as the RB11 seems a bit high in redraft leagues. While Hall was the RB7 in terms of fantasy points per game in 2022, he tore his ACL in October.

Very often we see running backs take a full year to return to their pre-injury form. In most cases, the first season after a torn ACL results in a drop in efficiency and effectiveness. Even if Hall is able to suit up for Week 1, the Jets could spell him more with Michael Carter and Zonovan Knight, who are both capable runners.

Although Hall is a promising young back loaded with fantasy upside…
