Quarterback
Brees – At home against a Philly team 359 yards per game. He’s thrown 9 touchdowns in his last 3 games at home with 0 interceptions.
Fitz – Even though he didn’t get one in the end zone last week, he still threw for over 400 yards, while running for another 35. This should be a nice bound back game for Fitz to get a few touchdowns through the air against this soft secondary for the Giants.
Jackson – Looking as it will be his first career start this week. He has played all that much, but has shown flashes for his explosiveness and ability to make plays. Keep an eye right before kickoff.
Ryan – I Love Matt Ryan in this spot this week. He’s been extremely good at home this year throwing for 14 touchdowns to just 1 interception. Atlanta tends to let allow teams to stay in games, so Ryan shouldn’t have any issues with mid 30’s attempts.
RUNNING BACK
Gordon – He’s going to be chalky, but we’ve see what average backs have done to this defense. Denver is giving up 131 yards on the ground, and Gordon should carve this team up.
McCaffrey – He’s gone bonkers over the last 3 games scoring 7 touchdowns in those games, all while being involved in both the running and passing game. Detroit gives up 132 yard to backs on the ground, and should control this game enough for CMC to see a good amount of work.
Johnson – He’s finally being used in this offense the way he should be used. We love picking on this Oakland defense, and this is a great spot for DJ to get his first 100 yard game this year.
Zeke – Pass catching backs vs Atlanta
Riddick – I was on this play last week, and even more on it this week. Jones Jr is out this week, so that’s an even bigger volume boost for Riddick this week. He had 7 target last week, and should run out of the slot a lot this week.
WIDE RECEIVERS
Thomas – Thomas and Brees at home, don’t get cute
Tate – According to Steve Renner he has a history of destroying the Saints. This should be a high scoring game, and will get his share of targets.
Hilton – This feels like the week Hilton explodes. He’s yet to have that monster game and against a defense that’s in the bottom 3rd against Receivers I expect a big game for him.
Golladay – Jones Jr is out, while Golladay already saw 13 targets last week. In a game where I think they’ll have to throw, this should be the easiest play on the board this week.
Boyd – Chalk WR. Cincy literally has no healthy receivers with Green looking like he’s out and Ross dealing with a groin injury.
TIGHT END
Howard – Play him every single week
Ertz – He has 16 TARGETS last week, while catching 14 of those. High scoring game this week, so expect double digit targets again.
Ebron – He’s involved in this offense in so many different ways. His athleticism allows this coaching staff to create plays for him, and should be involved heavily against this week.
