Degrom – Chalk with good reasons. Don’t really need to dig into much to know why we should play him. (Risk factor 3)
Folty – nice big ball park for his 42% road fly ball rate. He’s also been good on the road with a 2.71 era and .207 average. He was dominant in August with 41 k’s in 38 innings (Risk factor 4)
Mikolas – I really like this spot for Mikolas. Pittsburgh seems to be playing most of their young guys in the back end of their line. That should set up well for Mikolas to pile up k’s there. He’s also at home and cheap, both scenarios where I love to play him. (Risk factor 5)
Glasnow – Say a prayer to the fantasy Sports gods today if you roster him. I’ll have 1 share of him being he’s at home, ridiculously cheap and no one will be on him. 3.04 home era to go along with his 33.8% k rate! (Risk factor 6)
STACKS
Oakland – Power team, in a small park, against a pitcher who’s given up 12 home runs and a .283 average.
Tampa – one of the hottest hitting teams right now. Bieber struggles with lefties and Tampa threw 6 of them out today.
Boston RHB – Betts has 3 triples off Borucki while Boston has hit .415 this year against him and a 47.1% hard contact.
Seattle – righties crush him with a .344 average and 7 home runs. Righties also hitting 25% HR/FB. Haniger – Cruz – Healy
