Nola – best arm on the slate, but price is ridiculous on FanDuel. 29% k rate at home and just a 19.4% hard contact as well. LA has been hitting so there’s some risk. (Risk factor 5)
Rodon – excellent in July with a 23% k rate and 1.35 era. Goes into LA where they’ve hit .128 and 0 home runs over the past week vs LHP. (Risk factor 4)
Pena – salary saver arm, lefties do worry me a little bit against him. He’s does own a 29% k rate at home and he’s very tough on righties. (Risk factor 6)
Paxton – really wish he was healthy. Such a great spot for him, but I think he may be on a pitch count. If he can roll through some guys he could go deep enough to get a win. Just keep an eye on any news for how deep he will go (Risk factor 4)

Seattle – anytime we can get them against a lefty I’m there. Segura is elite vs LHP (.337 avg) and we all know Cruz destroys them.
Texas/Oakland – chalk with both teams. Oakland righties and Texas lefties.
Yankee lefties & Big G – bullpen game although Chirinos has gone deeper than the usual guys. Chirinos owns a 5.02 era at home and a 53.5% hard contact. Stanton was locked in last night, so don’t be surprised to see a 2 run bomb in the first inning with Gardner on.
St. Louis – Carpenter has his special sauce with him facing Homer Bailey. Lead off homer anyone?
