The Staff
Williams – Yelich And Cain are both sitting tonight which makes this lineup much easier to navigate. Williams has been sharp as of late, allowing 5 runs in his last 3 starts while picking up 2 straight quality starts.
Lucchesi – Will see a lot of ownership considering that Lamet did last night. He has been great aside for one start so I don’t think I’ll have much exposure. But, it is a good spot for him.
Gallen – Kid has been good in his starts for Miami, and gets his first crack of the humidor tonight in Arizona. He’s mowed down 17 batters in his last 2 starts, both 7 inning quality starts.
The Bats
Padres – Kikuchi has given up 21 homers to right handed batters this year, 16 of those at home. San Diego brings in a lot of power from that split especially their top 3 guys.
Red Sox – will be chalky tonight going up against Sparkman. It’ll be the lefties you want, especially Benni who’s hit over .400 in that last week against rhp.
Arizona – Great spot tonight for Walker who’s been hammering lefties over the last 2 weeks. Marte is another bat who’s crushing lefties as well.
One offs
Osuna – hottest bat in the league right now hitting over .500 in August.
Alberto – Anytime we can get him lead off and cheap.
