NBA DFS Value Plays 10/31

Looking at a solid 7 game slate with some potential for value plays. Davis(game time decision, James, Durant, Curry are the players at around 10k plus with a few others in the high 8-9k range.

This article focuses on value plays, which are players listed at 5.5k or lower on DK(but can be used for most sites). These plays can be used in addition to Chris Rose’s Plays from his article today.

*Games I am most interested in- Maverick/ Laker game(234 total 2nd highest on the board & the 2nd highest pace). Warriors/Pelicans, especially if Davis plays(highest total and fastest pace) & the Nuggets/Bulls game.

Point Guard

Tyus Jones- with Teague out Jones should get the start and or play solid minutes tonight. He has shown upside when getting minutes with scoring, assists and racking up steals.

Also consider- Elie Okobo(nice pivot off Jones), Monte Morris(should get some extra run and nice stack with Plumlee on second unit) & Derrick Rose.

*Darren Collison –has played 30 plus minutes and put up 30 or more FPS over the last 2 games. Low owned GPP value play.

Shooting Guard

Wesley Matthews- is playing right around 25 minutes a game and priced at 5k and under on big sites. This is an excellent matchup for Matthews as the Lakers rank dead last vs opposing SGs allowing 1.26 vs the league average.

Also consider- Damyean Dotson(2 sub-par games, like his chance to bounce back tonight), Joe Harris

Small Forward

Harrison Barnes-playing over 30 minutes a game and starting to play well after coming back from injury. This is an excellent spot for Barnes as he could return 6-7x vs this Laker squad tonight in this fast paced/high scoring game.

Also Consider- Josh Jackson(Kid has talent and its only a matter of time he starts showing it again. 3.7k on FD(edit) is an excellent value play), Reggie Bullock, Jae Crowder

Power Forward

Noah Vonleh- has stepped into the Knicks starting lineup and is playing a bit over 20 minutes a game. Double/double upside in this solid matchup vs the Pacers.

Also Consider- Tret Lyles

Center

Mason Plumlee– he is one of my sneaky plays tonight. The Bulls have allowed the 2nd most FPs to opposing teams. Plumlee has averaged around 16 minutes a game, but I expect him closer to 20 tonight and in 20 minutes he could deliver and upside if 6-8x at a 3.6k price range on both sites. Versatile player that can fill the stats sheet.

Also consider: Zaza Pachulia(15-18 Minutes vs the Nets yeah buddy. Should hit value at 3.3k on DK. Pau Gasol has the best matchup on the board at C. Mitchell Robinson if he starts again.

Happy Halloween
