MLB DFS – 9/7

PITCHING

Corey Kluber … Top guy, hot team, bad opponent.  Carrasco dominated last night and Kluber should be good for a solid outing tonight barring some crazy scenario where he gets hit with a line drive or trips on a dugout step in between innings.  8 innings and 10 K’s are definitely in play.

Jon Gray … I know Kershaw is pitching.  Yes, I know.  And I know he’s awesome, but he wont go the full length and Gray is much cheaper and facing a cold Dodgers team today.  For his price Gray is a great tournament pivot off Kluber.

Aaron Nola … Nola vs Roark in DC?  Seen this script before.  Phillies win 5-2… Trea Turner has a big game though for the Nationals…

Carlos Rodon … Has great success in his last couple of starts against the Tribe (even dating back to last September), but he has the dangerous task of beating Kluber and ending a hot teams win streak.  Good luck with the win here….

LONGSHOTS

Kyle Gibson … Asking for Gibson to produce two good starts in a row is quite the daunting task, but here I am doing it.  Gibson has always pitched decent vs KC and above decent in Kauffman stadium.  On a nice cool night like tonight he can shut them down again.

Tyler Mahle … This kid is for real

FAVORITE STACKS

Atlanta … Straily on the road is far worse and comes into the best hitters park on the slate.

Miami … Ozuna and Stanton could each hit 2 HR tonight against Newcomb and the Braves bullpen…  Love this spot for them.  Wish it was about 10 degrees warmer though.

Cincinnati … Oh hey, it’s Matt Harvey.

SNEAKY STACKS

Chicago Cubs … The Cubs will be really low owned tonight and have hit JT pretty hard in the past.  Cubs are due for a 10 run game.  Bryzzo/Schwarber/Baez/Heyward

Minnesota … Sam Gaviglio was not really good in Seattle and he won’t be much better pitching now for Kansas City.  This could be a sneaky high scoring game as both teams are fighting for their playoff lives.
