Fuego Steve’s GPP Plays 10/25

Brian Fluharty-USA TODAY Sports

NBA GPP Plays

Prices listed are Fanduel unless otherwise noted.

My NBA articles will mostly focus on Fanduel lineup construction since besides center, you need to play two at each position. The players recommended are usually still good plays on DraftKings unless the pricing is drastically different. Also, many players on DraftKings have dual position eligibility or may be listed at a different position. I will try to mention if there is a specific good play on DK based on price or position eligibility. These are my favorite plays at each position and maybe a value play or two.

Well, I got burned by Jimmy Butler last night, as did 17-20% of the field. He was a late scratch, with no indication he was going to sit. Welcome to NBA DFS! I find that most of the time it evens itself out. We just tend to remember when it happens to our lineups. If you didn’t play Butler last night, you played rake free and had a jump on 20% of the field. We have a lot of injuries tonight and players sitting. Tune-in to the live stream, chat and pay attention to the news before finalizing your rosters. Having a crazy week, so you aren’t going to get a lot of analysis. Should be back on track next week and get these up earlier.

Point Guard

Russell Westbrook – Highest upside of any point guard on the slate.

Spencer Dinwiddie – Filling in for D’Angelo Russell. Not huge upside but can hit 5x.

John Wall – Huge upside, good pivot off of Westbrook.

Lonzo Ball – Hope we get him low-owned. Like the upside versus the Wizards.

Shooting Guard

Jeremy Lamb – Decent floor, waiting for the ceiling game.

Andrew Wiggins – No Butler again tonight, should have plenty of oppurtunities.

Avery Bradley

Caris LeVert – Should take on more offensive duties without Russell.

Will Barton

Small Forward

Paul George

Kevin Durant – Blowout is the only thing that worries me.

Allen Crabbe – Usage should go up with no Russell.

Tobias Harris – Good game, bad game, good game, bad game… Good game tonight

Power Forward

Ben Simmons – Price is finally catching up with him. Yet he is still under $9000 at $8800.

Frank Kaminsky – Like his price of $5100. Should get 5-6x

Domantas Sabonis – Has put up 32 and 37 Fanduel points the past two games with no Myles Turner.

Draymond Green – Gets fantasy points in all categories. Think he dominates tonight.

Center

Joel Embid – Huge floor, if he got a few more minutes could have the ceiling.

Karl-Anthony Towns or Andre Drummond – Facing off against each other, both are in play for GPPs.

Tristan Thompson – Punt play if you want.

Nikola Jokic – He is going to have a monster game soon.

Tune in to the NBA Live Stream at 5 p.m. to get my updated thoughts on the slate.

Myself, JaguarLou and other experts will be in the NBA chat from 6:00-7:00 to help you set your lineups.
