AMERICAN LEAGUE

SS Elvis Andrus, Texas Rangers

Andrus has a fractured right elbow and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks from the time he went on the DL on April 13.

3B Tim Beckham, Baltimore Orioles

Beckham had core muscle surgery and is expected to return in June.

3B Adrian Beltre, Texas Rangers

Beltre is on the DL with a Grade 1 hamstring strain.

RP Zach Britton, Baltimore Orioles

Britton has thrown three bullpen sessions as he recovers from a ruptured Achilles’ tendon. He is slated to return in early June.

OF Byron Buxton, Minnesota Twins

Buxton is out with migraines and fouled a ball off his foot in his first rehab game and has a toe injury. He has yet to resume baseball activities.

1B Miguel Cabrera, Detroit Tigers

Cabrera left Sunday’s game with a left biceps spasm and sat out Monday. He’s day-to-day.

OF Lonnie Chisenhall, Cleveland Indians

Chisenhall is out with a right calf strain. Manager Terry Francona said Chisenhall could miss 4-6 weeks.

3B Josh Donaldson, Toronto Blue Jays

Donaldson is out with right shoulder inflammation and could return this weekend.

3B Brandon Drury, New York Yankees

Drury is on the DL with severe migraines and blurred vision and is on a rehab assignment. He hit two doubles and drew a walk at Triple-A Sunday. He is batting .462 (6-for-13) during his rehab assignment.

OF Avisail Garcia, Chicago White Sox

Garcia is on the DL with a right hamstring strain.

SP Miguel Gonzalez, Chicago White Sox

He is on the DL with right rotator cuff inflammation.

OF Randal Grichuk, Toronto Blue Jays

Grichuk was placed on the DL with a sprained PCL and is expected to miss three weeks.

OF Kevin Kiermaier, Tampa Bay Rays

Kiermaier has a torn ligament in his right thumb and is expected to miss 8-12 weeks.

RP Andrew Miller, Cleveland Indians

Miller was placed on the DL with a left hamstring strain.

SP Daniel Norris, Detroit Tigers

Norris had groin surgery and is expected to miss 8-12 weeks.

2B Rougned Odor, Texas Rangers

Odor is out with a hamstring injury and started doing baseball activities last week.

SP Martin Perez, Texas Rangers

Perez was placed on the 10-day DL with discomfort in his right elbow. He had surgery on the non-throwing elbow in December and has a 9.67 ERA.

SP Carlos Rodon, Chicago White Sox

Rodon is working in extended spring training games.

OF Boog Powell, Oakland Athletics

Powell is on the 10-day DL with a right knee sprain and is expected to miss several weeks.

3B Miguel Sano, Minnesota Twins

Sano missed his third consecutive game Monday with hamstring tightness. He tried to run Monday, and it didn’t go well. He’s expected to land on the DL.

2B Jonathan Schoop, Baltimore Orioles

Schoop is out with a Grade 1 right oblique strain and will play in extended spring training games this week.

SP Matt Shoemaker, Los Angeles Angels

Shoemaker is out with a forearm strain and has begun a throwing program.

OF Mark Trumbo, Baltimore Orioles

Trumbo is on the DL with a right quad strain and is on a rehab assignment.

NATIONAL LEAGUE

OF Yoenis Cespedes, New York Mets

Cespedes had X-rays on his left thumb Sunday, and they were negative. Cespedes said he would miss three games.

SS J.P. Crawford, Philadelphia Phillies

He landed on the DL with a strained right forearm.

OF Adam Eaton, Washington Nationals

Eaton is out with a left ankle bruise. Eaton is eligible to return but is still feeling discomfort.

3B Logan Forsythe, Los Angeles Dodgers

Forsythe is on the 10-day DL with right shoulder inflammation and experienced discomfort when throwing last week.

C Tyler Flowers, Atlanta Braves

Flowers in on the 10-day DL with a left oblique strain and began a rehab assignment last week. He is expected to return soon.

OF Brian Goodwin, Washington Nationals

He is on the DL with a left wrist contusion.

2B Josh Harrison, Pittsburgh Pirates

He has a fracture in the fifth metacarpal of the left hand and is expected to miss six weeks.

C Austin Hedges, San Diego Padres

Hedges left Monday’s game with right elbow tendonitis.

SP Rich Hill, Los Angeles Dodgers

Hill is on the DL with a split fingernail on his left middle finger. He was slated to start Monday but has an infection in the finger.

RP Corey Knebel, Milwaukee Brewers

Knebel has a left hamstring strain and threw to live hitters Monday. He could return in the middle of the month.

3B Jake Lamb, Arizona Diamondbacks

Lamb is out with a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder. He was shut down for a few days due to tendonitis in his right elbow last week and is set to begin a throwing program.

LeMahieu was placed on the 10-day DL with a hamstring strain.

2B Daniel Murphy, Washington Nationals

Murphy is recovering from right knee microfracture surgery in October and started playing in extended spring training games last week. He should begin a rehab assignment soon.

SP Joe Musgrove, Pittsburgh Pirates

Musgrove has been dealing with a sore shoulder since the spring and will start a rehab assignment Tuesday.

OF Wil Myers, San Diego Padres

Myers was placed on the DL with a left oblique strain.

2B Joe Panik, San Francisco Giants

Panik was placed on the 10-day DL with a sprained left thumb. He had surgery to repair a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will miss six weeks.

OF Hunter Pence, San Francisco Giants

Pence is on the DL with a sprained right thumb.

OF Yasiel Puig, Los Angeles Dodgers

Puig was placed on the 10-day DL with left hip soreness and a bruised foot.

SP Robbie Ray, Arizona Diamondbacks

Ray has a right oblique strain and was placed on the DL.

3B Anthony Rendon, Washington Nationals

Rendon could begin a rehab assignment Tuesday or be activated.

OF Hunter Renfroe, San Diego Padres

Renfroe is on the DL with right elbow inflammation.

SP Anibal Sanchez, Atlanta Braves

Sanchez is recovering from a hamstring strain and threw a bullpen Sunday and did running drills. Sanchez is on track to start Saturday.

SS Corey Seager, Los Angeles Dodgers

Seager needs Tommy John surgery and is out for the season. Seager had elbow issues last season, and he didn’t play shortstop in the spring until two weeks before the start of the season. Chris Taylor will move to shortstop most of the time with Enrique Hernandez mixing in.

OF Steven Souza, Arizona Diamondbacks

Souza is out with a pectoral injury and is playing in extended spring training games.

1B Eric Thames, Milwaukee Brewers

He had surgery to repair a torn UCL in his left thumb and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.

SP Adam Wainwright, St. Louis Cardinals

Wainwright is on the DL with right elbow inflammation.

OF Mac Williamson, San Francisco Giants

He was placed on the 7-day DL with concussion symptoms.
